About Program
Faculty-led and custom programs have been at the heart of GEI since 2007. We understand how much work their design requires and how important it is for you to be able to rely on specialist local knowledge and networks. We provide the expert support, dedication, and passion you need to create your custom program in our 40+ destinations across Africa and Southeast Asia.

Explore how engineering intersects with development challenges in Kenya’s vibrant innovation ecosystem. Through site visits and collaborative design projects, students tackle issues in energy, healthcare, and infrastructure - gaining real-world experience in applied engineering solutions.
Analyze Rwanda’s pioneering health system through academic modules and community-based engagement. Students explore health equity, infectious disease management, and maternal care while partnering with clinics and NGOs on field projects that contextualize global health frameworks.
