Creative Industries London Review

Nida and the other guests that were brought in: Nina, Ollie, Eva, Nicole, Onome and others were in red knowledgeable as well as kind. Nida created a sense of community and highlighted the importance of it in the creative industry. There was no better way I could have been introduced to the creative industries in London. It’s clear how skilled Nida is, and that she is incredibly well read and well informed. She showed us many interesting places in London that enhanced our understanding of the Industries. The course has helped me beyond the class as well, having read 2 books Nida suggested as well as in my current semester-long class work. I loved this class and would highly recommend to anyone interested in London culture and artistic industry. Or just anyone who has an open mind.

Pros
  • Broadened my knowledge of London
  • Good recommendations for museums, artistic spaces
  • Made friends
Cons
  • Too short
  • Sometimes difficult work
