Cheers!

Scotland was an incredible once in a lifetime experience. We got fully immersed in the culture there through classes and extracurricular events, and we had enough time to explore for ourselves as well! Our professor was very intelligent and engaging the entirety of the teaching and we got to experience Gaelic singing, fiddle playing, discussions on the musical landscape and history, and more!
Staying mainly in Glasgow, a UNESCO city of music, music was everywhere. The Scottish traditional music made you want to dance, the people in Glasgow were kind, and the culture is sure to enthrall anyone!

What was the most nerve-racking moment and how did you overcome it?
Riding the subway there. It was so jolty. I have never ridden one before and it was easier to navigate than the train station, but I wouldn’t have made it there without my group! They were a huge help as I’m not a city person!
