Glasgow is the largest city in Scotland and known throughout the world for its stunning architecture, friendly locals, and rich history. Located along the River Clyde, Glasgow has developed over the last few decades to become one of Britain's most interesting and unique cities. Glasgow is packed with excellent parks, diverse shopping centers, and free museums leaving visitors with plenty to experience. Named a UNESCO City of Music, the city has an average of 130 music events a week ranging from pop to rock to traditional Celtic. With its impressive Victorian buildings, vibrant theatre life, and an array of restaurants, there is truly something for everyone in this edgy city.

Founded in 1451, University of Glasgow is the second oldest university in Scotland, fourth oldest university in the UK, and ranked within the top 100 universities in the world. The University of Glasgow is also accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). You can take courses in business, Scottish culture and literature, pre-medicine, theater studies, social and political science, cultural studies and languages, geography, arts and media, and computer science.
