Regenerative Culture

It was an interesting experience that allowed us to create knowledge about art, heritage and cultural diversity; from the beginning the monitors presented us with a way of working based on respect, collaborative work and inclusion. They also used participatory methodologies based on experience that achieved significant learning around social and cultural phenomena that affect everyday life. Celei's team maintained constant attention to the needs of each person and made adaptations taking into account the rhythms of the group.

Excellent

This course is incredibly amazing because you learn new perspectives of different things, so you get a lot information and then you can choose your thoughts. Also, you knew other students of this university and others of other universities that they came to study some months in Granada. At the end you finish this course with new friends, new knowledge and with an open minded. It has a lot of good things to say that it is incredibly useful and amazing because you learn at the same time you have fun. It was an excellent experience.

What was your funniest moment?
When we were in the course and everyone were at the course waiting for some explanation for this day session and when they explained it, they said this day we were going to paint a mural in one of the white walls of the building that we used to do this course. Doing the mural was fun we laughed at the same time each one has their own world and thoughts inside them about the purpose of doing this. Also I’d like to remember the sentence that we put at the mural, about the importance of the education for the people that are going to change the world. It was an excellent experience.
Pros
  • You meet new people
  • You learnt new things playing or talking without studying.
  • You open your mind and think in new perspectives that you wouldn’t if you, probably, aren’t in this situation
Cons
  • It usually was in a beautiful place of Granada, but it is a little difficult to get into it if you have less mobility

English version:
Such a warm experience. From the organization to the participants, this course is a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth. The course is also very comprehensive, it reaches places that many of us don't consider, it provides necessary points of view, and it creates healthy debate in a unique environment. I will make it all over again.

What was the most surprising thing you saw or did?
To find people from different places, sharing their personal experience on art, and finding that there are some universal feelings and belongings that go within the art through the people no matter where they have been born or their culture or social class.
Pros
  • Very complete course
  • Really practice for art students
  • The team is amazing
Cons
  • It ends
