Excellent Customer Service and Empathetic Representative

Jay is a great help when I was exploring my options for placements in Korea. Jay was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions (no matter how silly they were). Also Jay was really quick in his responses despite the time changes. I was placed in a lovely private school in Daegu. My school is less than a 10 min walk from my apartment . Additionally, when I arrived in Korea Jay reached out numerous times to make sure that I was okay and managing all of the crazy COVID protocols. Jay is awesome, if you get to work with him he will provide you the best school, quick responses in emails, and accurate information as well!

Brilliant and Reliable Service

My overall experience with OK Recruiting has been brilliant. Jay helped me find a great school and was always very quick to respond to every question or email I sent. I had some specific requirements for my placement and Jay was able to find me a position that suited my requirements perfectly. I was nervous about all the paper work, traveling to Korea and the quarantine, however OK Recruiting handled everything smoothly. I felt at ease while using OK Recruiting's services. I would highly recommend OK Recruiting to anyone who is looking to find good job as an English teacher.

Best Placement, Best Help

I had worked with a few other recruiters before Jay, and while the others were nice enough, they weren’t what I was looking for. Jay was always very prompt with his responses, whether for questions (I had many) or for placement suggestions.

He also was the most willing to take into account some of my more specific requests (absolutely none of the big chains, a place willing to accommodate my dog). He also went out of his way to order food for my dog while we were in quarantine. That’s only one of the many ways he went above and beyond for me.

My placement is the best I could have asked for. Everyone hears the horror stories of being overworked, horrible bosses, etc. I was terrified of this before I came, but I can honestly say this is the best working experience I’ve EVER had.

If I could give Ok Recruiting more than 10 stars, I absolutely would.

Quick response and lots of info

Jay was my recruiter when I went to Korea as a kindergarten teacher. He was professional and kind. He always responded very quickly to my many questions and provided a lot of information. When I arrived in Korea he arranged a driver to bring me to my apartment. This helps a lot because some of my friends had to organise their own taxis without having SIM cards or data. Jay also ordered me delivery food for my first night in Korea as a welcome gift. He also got some korean snacks delivered to my quarantine apartment. He responded to messages even on Sundays and at night time. Thanks Jay

Amazing!

I have used Jay every time when it comes to finding a job in Korea. Every time I tell him my requirements he does his best to find them without trying to sway me outside of Seoul or hours outside of what I asked like most recruiters I have spoken to. He will also negotiate for you and help you with documents when things get confusing. Not only that, but he is quick to respond. If it is within normal working hours you can expect him to reply within a few hours. This is my third year with him and I would definitely use him again!

Great experience!

I had finished my contract at a school in Jeollanamdo and was wanting to move to Seoul and find a job at a hagwon. I contacted OK Recruiting and promptly received a reply from Jay. He was very helpful and polite and sent me multiple jobs that fit perfectly to my needs. I ended up getting an offer from two of the jobs that he had set me up with, and I took one of them. I am extremely happy with my placement and I would recommend Jay to everyone! He takes into consideration your needs very well and is very polite. Good luck everyone~

Caring Company

Jay had helped me so much during my search for a job in Korea....even during the pandemic. He listened to my requests, gave me details of how everything would work, contacted me quickly, and gave so much support. This company made moving abroad easy and simple even during hard times. He gave me all the documents needed and told me how to submit them. Talked with my school to make sure things were settled and ready for when I arrived. He helped so much! I will continue to work with this company. Thank you so much Jay!

Best experience!

I was in Seoul working at a terrible school until I had enough. I contact Jay from Ok Recruiting and he was so quick to give me options for other schools. Within a week of contacting him he listened to everything I wanted and I had three interviews for new schools. For the school I ended up choosing, Jay made sure that the contract was good and that all my immigration documents from my old school would be transferred to my new school. This all happened within one week on contacting him! He was so amazing and I recommend him to all my friends that want to teach in Korea!
