About Program
Global Service Corps (GSC), in partnership with local organizations, offers a unique way to experience Cambodia through its two-week, short-term, long-term, and internship programs.
After decades of war and corruption in Cambodia, with particularly grim consequences for children, poverty and abandonment have led to an increase in the population of orphans and have left many children deeply scarred. With the Child and Orphan Care Program, volunteers have the opportunity to provide much needed psycho-social support to the children of Cambodia.
Working alongside local Cambodian organizations, volunteers help address the plight of children affected by HIV/AIDS and children of displaced families living in the slums of Phnom Penh and other rural areas..
Consider your impact: Volunteering abroad can be a rewarding experience for both volunteers and local communities, and at Go Overseas, we believe all volunteers should have the resources to make informed decisions about the type of volunteer project they want to partake in.
