About Program
Voluntours Colombia offers meaningful volunteer experiences across some of Colombia’s most fascinating destinations. Our programs combine community engagement, animal welfare, wildlife conservation, cultural immersion, and optional Spanish classes, allowing travelers to experience the real Colombia while creating a positive impact.
Whether you are passionate about working with children, supporting local communities, caring for rescued animals, protecting wildlife, or immersing yourself in indigenous cultures, we help you design a unique journey based on your interests. Volunteers can participate in projects in Bucaramanga, Cartagena, the Amazon, the Pacific Coast, and other extraordinary regions of Colombia.
A typical week combines impactful volunteer work with cultural activities, local experiences, and opportunities to explore Colombia’s breathtaking landscapes. Depending on your chosen project, activities may include teaching English, organizing sports and recreational activities,

- Visit interesting and heart warming foundations, Interact with children and teenagers and share many special moments as well as educational, sporty and fun activities with them
- Visit a Colombian prison where you can talk to prisoners in their re-integration program and and get surprised by their positive actitude and the possibility of the foundation to change their lifes
- Have many great adventures and excursions like observing South Americas biggest canyon from the air with a paraglide, lagoon hikes, coffee farms and much more.
- Learn Spanish from certified and local teachers

Our mission is to support beautiful and important NGO's in Bucaramanga, and at the same time offer an unforgettable experience for our Volunteers. One of our main visions is to give access to English classes and more to every child in the north of Bucaramanga.
