Conservation in Amazonian Rainforest

Inkaterra Asociación invites you to take part in the Volunteer Program at Inkaterra Guides Field Station, to live the experience of conservation work and sustainable development in the field, within different areas offered by the Amazonian biodiversity of Madre de Dios and to promote the investigation.

As a volunteer, you will be integrated in the following projects:

 Conservation of Amazonian palms
 Maintenance of Amazonian crops in Biohuerto and organic farms
 Establishment and management of forest nurseries
 Wildlife monitoring with trap cameras
 Monitoring of avifauna by sighting and ringing
 Breeding and monitoring of Churos (Amazonian snails)
 Registration and processing of monitoring data
 Environmental education
 Projects with communities
