Ampersand offers our Professionals 5 hours/week of custom-designed curriculum that builds key skills and awareness through personality assessments and career mapping; basic introduction to every department of a business (HR, finance, marketing, sales, operations); corporate writing coaching; basic job training (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, etc.).

Participants put that education to use immediately through THREE one-month virtual internships. Our professionals walk into their internships much more prepared than their peers, immediately standing out to management and ready to land their dream jobs.
