As a lead classroom teacher, you’ll focus on improving the conversational English skills of your eager students with creative classroom exercises and educational games.
You will earn at least 25,000 baht/month and housing is provided by your school. The cost of living in Thailand is very affordable, so your salary will cover living expenses and some travel around this gorgeous country.
With CIEE you will receive your specific teaching placement before you depart for Thailand. This gives you the peace of mind of knowing exactly where you are going to live and work when you confirm your participation on the program. It also lets you obtain an official work visa before departing for Thailand, which means no visa runs after you arrive! CIEE will help you with the work visa process and cover the cost of the consulate fee and visa processing fee.
This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a new culture and make a difference while you earn money to support yourself.
For Spring 2019, most start dates are in early May, but some June start dates are available to accommodate May graduates.
