Helen Doron Early English was developed in 1985 and now has franchises spanning across the globe helping over 2 million students get to grips with the English language. Our Suzhou centre was opened in early 2016 and we now have our sights set on opening two new schools over 2017/18. All new teachers (to HDE) will be provided with an intensive training course specific to our methodology as well as continuous support and peer development during their time with us.

Job Description:
You will be expected to work 40 hours a week, of which there will be a maximum of 20 teaching hours. The format for classes is laid out in comprehensive teacher guides and you will be expected to gather the necessary teaching materials before each class. Teachers are given two consecutive days off each week (most likely Mondays and Tuesdays) with an afternoon/evening schedule for working week days and full days at work over the weekends. Classes will have no more than 8 students and last for 45 minutes. At present our school has students aged between 2 and 9 years old with divisions between 2-3, 3-5 and 6-9. As well as your regular classes you will be expected to partake in marketing activities which could, possibly, be held outside of the school. We also understand that many EFL teachers have their sights set beyond teaching and so we offer our teachers the chance to take on project management within the company- definitely get in touch if you have a skill set that you would like to nurture alongside your teaching career.

C. Job Requirements:
Native speaker from English speaking countries
At least BA degree
2 years preschool, kindergarten teaching experience
Love kids and have passion in teaching
preschool education degree or Montessori certified teachers are much preferred.
