We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and qualified English teachers to join our
Reach Program, utilizing the cutting-edge curriculum and evidence-based practices
to lead interactive and hands-on classes. We are looking for experienced ESL
teachers who are passionate about teaching young learners aged 6 to 16 years old
at our modern language school in Beijing. As of now, we have twelve campuses
across Beijing, and we are rapidly growing. We offer a relaxing and accommodating
work environment that also stimulates creativity and personal growth.
With a maximum class size of 10 students, our teachers are able to create a fun and
educational learning environment through appropriate learning activities and
interactive experiences. We greatly value our teachers and provide
orientation and new teacher training to ensure that all our teachers are fully
prepared for the classroom. In addition, we provide regular professional
development, ongoing administrative support and equal promotional opportunities
to all our teachers.

What You Do:

• Teach five days per week (two weekdays off)
• Maximum of 30 teaching hours per week
• Prepare lessons and classroom activities that meet the student needs, interests, and abilities of the students
• Assist students with projects and presentations
• Create a classroom environment that is conducive to English learning
• Introduce students to western cultures and festivals
• Guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals
• Maintain accurate and complete student progress reports as required
• Maintain open communication with parents as needed
• Assist in school’s enrollment events
• Attend staff meetings and teacher training

What We Require:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• TEFL/TESOL certificate required (A CELTA can be an alternative)
• Two years of relevant teaching experience preferred
• Native English speaker from an English-speaking country
• Clean background check
• Able to adapt to a new environment
• Professional, confident and culturally aware
• Energetic, friendly and responsible
