Job Benefits

  • Starting salary of approximately ¥215,000+ JPY per month, depending on placement and employment terms.

Job Description

Ready to experience life in Japan while making a difference in the classroom? RVF International is recruiting Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) for paid public school positions across Japan beginning in Spring and Fall 2027.

As an ALT, you'll work alongside Japanese teachers to help students develop their English communication skills while participating in cultural exchange. No previous teaching experience is required—just a positive attitude, adaptability, and a desire to experience life abroad. Positions are available throughout Japan, with placements determined based on school needs.

RVF International provides personalized support throughout the entire application process, including eligibility screening, interview preparation, document and visa guidance, and pre-departure support. Our goal is to make your transition to Japan as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Benefits include a competitive monthly salary starting at approximately ¥215,000 JPY, housing arranged prior to arrival, transportation reimbursement, national health insurance, paid leave, and comprehensive training. Contracts are one year in length with opportunities for renewal.
