Our story began back in 2009, right here in Changsha, China. Fast-forward to today, and we are nearly 18 years old โ which, in human years, means Real Education Academy is officially coming of age. ๐ Like any young adult, we have learned a thing or two along the way: what great teaching really looks like, how deeply families trust us with their childrenโs futures, and just how much one encouraging classroom can change a life. We are a private training school, officially authorized by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) to employ foreign instructors. ๐ Teaching & Student Care
โข Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with our curriculum ๐
โข Teach kids, teenagers, university students, and business professionals ๐ถ๐ฆ๐
โข Assist with placement tests and trial/demo lessons for prospective students ๐งโ๐ซ
โข Supervise classes and keep accurate student performance records ๐
โข Submit timely student progress reports ๐
โข Attend parent-teacher meetings and keep parents updated on their childโs progress ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ง
โข Organize and lead English corners, extracurricular clubs, and holiday events (Halloween ๐, Christmas ๐, Easter ๐ฅ, etc.)
โข Take part in summer/winter camps and occasional off-campus field trips ๐๏ธ
โข Provide reference letters and basic student counseling when needed โ๏ธ
๐ฃ Marketing & Promotion
โข Support the schoolโs marketing activities โ open days, seasonal campaigns, and community events ๐ช
โข Take part in promotional photo and video shoots for our official social media (WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu), sharing authentic moments of classroom life ๐ฌ
โข Represent REA at occasional off-campus promotions, helping families get to know our school and teachers ๐ค
๐ค Team & Daily Operations
โข Work closely with Chinese co-teachers and teaching assistants, and attend weekly staff meetings and training sessions ๐ฅ
โข Keep your classroom tidy and prepare teaching materials and props in advance ๐งฐ
โข Comply with Chinese laws and school policies, and keep your visa and residence documents valid โ our foreign-affairs staff guide you through every renewal ๐
