For what you pay for the course, it gives good return on investment. The certificate is a bare minimum, of course, if you want to teach in countries like Vietnam, Thailand or Cambodia. Countries with higher requirements will need you to complete more vigorous courses credited by Cambridge or Oxford University. Support is provided by human response team and not bots, promptly and efficiently. Overall a good course if you want to teach in SEA. The course is easy to access, comprehensive and covers some basic knowledge on TESOL.
