About Program

The University of York has been welcoming students from all over the world since it was established. International students form an integral part of the community on campus, and currently just over 20% of our students come from outside the UK.

Wherever you are from, you can be sure that you will receive the very best support from the moment you enquire about studying with us until graduation and beyond.

Amazing Location!

University of York provides for an amazing location to spend abroad. With vastly historical city centre and easy travel from the university to city centre, its not hard to explore the city. England in general is an amazing place to study with such ease of travel by train or plane you can get to almost any other destination your heart desires!

What would you improve about this program?
They should try and organize activities for the international and visiting students from the day they tell them to move in. It is essential to be busy and start to become comfortable from day one so that the new students can feel as though they're a part of something from their first day.

Study abroad at University of Rochester

At the University of Rochester you are free to pick whatever classes you want, giving you serious flexibility in your academics. There is so much to take part in on campus as well, from a cappella groups to a quiddich team and everything in between!

What would you improve about this program?
A closer integration with what I was studying back in the UK.
