The Italian Iconic Courses are short-term programs, held in English language, dedicated to specific items of the Italian Culinary Arts.

- The Italian Pasta Program offers students the possibility to enter the world of real Italian pasta. This is the perfect chance to have a real professionalizing experience for both fresh and dry pasta production.
- The Italian Pizza Program is dedicated to pizza lovers who wish to learn the techniques of pizza making and the Italian culture around this product.
