I’m a single woman and moving to a foreign country and continent was both nerve racking and scary; but, TLE answered all the question and held my hand through it all. Even after arriving they are free always to help and answer questions. Before arriving they help you settle all your paper work, and after arriving they set you up in a hotel and eventually an apartment with your set preferences. If you have a problem, need medicine, need a translator, anything, they will be there. I have to say it’s been a great experience so far.

Before I came to China, I was incredibly afraid of how things would go since I was coming entirely alone. But once I arrived in Shenzhen, I realised that I had nothing to fear because TLE were with me every step of the way. They helped me with everything, from downloading needed all the necessary apps, to getting myself an apartment. Even mundane things such as going to the doctor or needing advice. They've always been there. Not only were they there when I have needed them. They have also arranged the occasional meet up for teachers to experience some fun activities together. We can all socialise, get know one another and make friends within the agency. It's very reassuring.

I arrived nervous to take on this new role. But the support from Talent-E made me thrive and it’s an experience I’ll never forget! Teacher Yumi quickly helps you ease your nerves with great teaching methods and training and you head into your new teaching role fully prepared for whatever obstacles you're about to face. The company also helps get everything sorted outside of work such as SIM cards metro cards, and accommodating. Visas, work permits etc. So you are fully prepared for the whole experience.

Working for the TLE Education agency is an amazing opportunity. Everything is made so easy and convenient and when/if trouble is run into, it's always dealt with in the most efficient and fastest way possible. Working and living in Shenzhen is so great. The cost of living, friendliness of people, and opportunities are excessive and great. Working in a kindergarten is also a fun experience that has challenges that help build up multiple skills such as public speaking, dealing with children, and many more.l really enjoy exploring the city and doing the touristy things, the city also offers a wide range of hiking options and nature to be explored.

Overall the experience is a 10/10.
