AEAS is seeking Test Administrators based in Seoul and Busan, South Korea. Test Administrators are required to be available on a casual basis with testing scheduled one day fortnightly or monthly.

Students sitting the AEAS test are applying for entry into Years 4 -12 in Australian and Years 5-13 in New Zealand schools.

The Test Administrator will be responsible for managing the arrival and check in of students and invigilating the written components of the AEAS Test, under examination conditions, and takes 3-4 hours. Speaking tests and interviews occur after the written tests, are conducted individually, and take up to 15 minutes per student.  

Once testing has been completed, the Test Administrator returns test materials and other relevant documents to the AEAS Melbourne office for marking and report writing.

Training and ongoing support is provided to Test Administrators.

Successful applicants will meet the Key Selection Criteria and will preferably have experience in test or examination administration under formal conditions. An understanding of issues in successful test administration and test material security practices will be an advantage. Please request a Job Description for further information.

A Bachelor's degree is required with preference given to Bachelor of Education or Teaching. Salary is AUD$170 per written test and AUD$15 per individual student speaking test.

Test Administrations are required to sign an agreement with AEAS.
