Silk Mandarin's Online Chinese Course

I´ve realized I should learn Mandarin after I decided to do business with Chinese people. I had no choice but to study online, so I started looking for a Chinese language school. Sooner I came across Silk Mandarin.
There I found a highly qualified team and unique teaching method. Its business development team was effective at organizing the class schedule due to my time zone difference. Teachers go an extra mile providing online tools to practice and additional materials to help me with characters and listening. In a brief time, I was already feeling comfortable with the new language.
I highly recommend Silk Mandarin for anyone seeking to learn or improve Mandarin in a fast and pleasant way.

For a person like me, who doesn't have much free time, this course is perfect. It's once a week but lasts for 90minutes. A lots of material is covered in just one class and then it's self study that reinforces the learning. The videos on the teaching platform are very helpful and well designed in terms of duration and interactive content. The classes are fun and engaging and filled with interesting activities. I have nothing but great things to say about Silk Mandarin Training Institute. Keep up the good work!

This is my second online course ever and I would have to say I really enjoyed it. The teacher student interactions were great and I thought the course notebooks and ppt are very informative and supplemental to the studying. The pictures and graphs in the texts books really helped me get an idea of what I was studying. I think the simplicity of this course and the way they designed it online really work well to help students process the information and maintain it. The assignments in the beginning of the course seem relatively long, but I thought everything was very fair and the questions were well presented. I think your grading is very well done and I really enjoyed taking every moment of it!! This was an opportunity I was not given at my current four year university. Thanks again Hannah 老师!

Always avaialble to help on each step you may need. After 8 years in china i started to comunicate with my friends in chinese after a couple of months lessoning with Silk Mandarin.

Silk Mandarin is a great choice and provided me with the support and encouragement I need to continue with my language learning. I enjoy the blended learning system, which fits into my schedule and provides multiple avenues for review, and the online classes are engaging and encouraging. If you're worried about learning Chinese, this a great way to start - the teachers are encouraging and patient and there is a support network from learning with other students of the same level. The online classes also means that you can be in a city and still attending weekly classes easily. The Teachable platform is user friendly and easily accessible for learning on the go.

I’m very happy with the welcoming environment at Silk Mandarin. The teachers and staff are personable and always engaging. I have been taking the classes with my teacher for almost three months, twice a week and I am pleased with my improvement. Ms. Hannah has a knack for sparking interest by making the content relatable. Another great thing about the program is that it is completely customized and I’m grateful for their ability to seamlessly switch from offline to online at a moment’s notice.

First things first I would like to say how Silk Mandarin is excellent for those wanting to start out in learning Chinese.

I was apprehensive in studying anywhere, everything I knew was self taught. Buying a years online tuition here for HSK1 and HSK2 was one of the best things I could’ve done.

If you ever felt like you had more to say in a conversation, or felt shy about speaking Chinese in case you looked bad, you should consider joining Silk Mandarin. These were fears of mine but now I feel much better about them because of the teacher providing ways to grow in our classes.
The teaching is engaging and support in between classes is constant.

The course I chose was blended Learning. One 90 minutes class on the weekend and homework to complete during the week. There is an amazing platform with videos and quizzes to practice on too for self study.

My experience was that of a total beginner in the start but now I feel like I can start conversations more and listen to more of what my kids say in class which I love.

I am 100% confident in saying my Chinese has never been better!

Silk Mandarin is a great school for those that want to learn Chinese. I am doing private online courses and they have tailored the course according to my needs (lack of time, require only basic day to day chinese language knowledge, etc.). I have been learning for a month now and can clearly see my Chinese improving. The teacher is excellent and patient. She clearly explains the material and understands the difficultities foreigners face when learning Chinese and is able to find suggestions to overcome them. The school provides excellent support whenever there are any issues.
