Cambodia is actually the second time I have traveled with TruTravels! From start to finish they make sure everything is organised and everyone knows what is going on. My Group Leaders Barbie and Freddie were more like best mates and were so much fun.
The activities were a great mix of culture and partying as the accommodation we stay in is super sociable and you get to meet a lot of like minded travelers.
I was a solo female traveler, so doing a tour was perfect for me as you have a group of instant friends!
I have traveled alone around South East Asia and doing this tour is definitely one of the highlights of my whole traveling experiences and I can't recommend TruTravels enough to other people looking to explore Asia and have epic memories!

I did the Trutravels' Full Moon Experience and was genuinely blown away by everything from the guide, to the accommodation, and included activities.

I was hesitant to book a group trip before, but was glad I did. Value for money, it was incredible.

I'd always wanted to experience the Full Moon party, but didn't want to just rock up on my own, so a group trip made the experience so much better. The group got on immediately from day 1, so by the time we got to Phangan for the party, it was epic.

One of my highlights was Khao Sok National Park; it's definitely worth booking this trip just to see this place. We stayed in floating bungalows on the freshwater lake. Unreal.

It genuinely covers a great variety of Thailand in a short time - from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, to the floating bungalows in Khao Sok, to the beach life of Koh Phangan.

Can't rate this trip any higher. 10/10.

I just completed the 13 day Full Moon Tour with Arthur Noppasin Moonma & Alicia Morden-Ward and WOW! I am an avid solo traveller and this was my first time actually being on a tour and I absolutely loved it. My experience in southern Thailand would not of nearly been the same if I did not join this Tru Travels Tour. I have made friends for life that I KNOW I'll remain in contact with, and we've made the best, hilarious memories that I will always cherish. If you or someone you know has been wanting to take the plunge and go somewhere in SE Asia and Tru Travels runs a tour there, PLEASE DO IT! You will not regret it. Thank you Tru Travels for the best few weeks in Thailand and this will definitely not be my last Tru Travels Tour! <3 lots of love

A very memorable experience. We saw all the beauty of Thailand and tasted all the delicious food this country has to offer. I have no words to describe Gogi and Darrin. Two of the most lively, enthused and energetic boys I have ever met. They made me feel very comfortable and safe from our initial meeting and I truly believe I have made friends for life. Love you guys

Had the most AMAZING time with Gogi and Darrin. The island hopper was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The places we were taken to, we would of probably never got to see if we didn’t book with TruTravels. Love that we get to stay in the weirdest, yet amazing places whilst on the tour. Some of the places we have been, friends and family can’t veleive they are real! (Even I had to pinch myself sometimes!) Gogi and Darrin were soo fun and genuinely cared about making our experiences great! They were always up for anything, and made every single person in the group feel like they belonged to the family we were! Met the best people and 100% some friends for life. Already beginning to plan my next trips. Had the best time ever.......... 😂❤️ ❤️

The tour was definitely a good way to get a great taste of Thailand.
I thoroughly enjoyed having Gogi & Darrin as our leaders. Though I felt as if some people had to be baby sat by them which was frustrating for the rest of the group but that’s all part of travelling with a multitude of ages.
The activities I enjoyed the most (that should definitely be added) is the elephant sanctuary in Phuket! Amazing experience and I wish it was added in- with the extra costs of course.

Bangkok - the Indian restaurant was crap and honestly shouldn’t have gone there. First night together and we eat Indian in Thailand .... the owners were very fun though.

The National Park- AMAZING. Honestly one of the highlights for me of this entire trip. Absolutely stunning and so nice to be so secluded.

Bottle beach- super great bonding with the group. Many drinks were poured as we played game after game, beautiful surrounding and basically the entire beach to ourselves, great!

The boat trip in Koh Phangan was 10/10! Gogi was a real hero jumping on to see if there were any jelly fish that would sting us.
Was a super good day and the crew on the boat were amazing, food was great, slide was a huge plus.

Darrin was great with banter and at the beginning him and Gogi worked really well together- just not confident to say that continued the entire trip.

Overall, this was an amazing experience and I’ve had heaps of people asking me questions about the tour and the 50 million questions about activities that came with that also.

There’s isn’t much to fault with this trip- including tour leaders, organisation, safety from destination to destination and all the rest.

Bottle beach was an unreal night - watching the locals give a fire show for us tourists and then carying on into the night with the crew.

Koh Tao was another favourite - the pub crawl is something to be apart of, people from all over the place getting together on a 5 bar pub crawl throughout the town.

Phi phi islands again with an unreal experience - although the hotel selected has no pool, you are only literally a 2 minute walk from the beach. The culture and night life there is something else! The activities at phi phi where unreal also.

Overall it is an unreal experience, would highly recommend to anyone who is after a bit of a loose but at the same relaxing holiday.

I visited the Philippines in May 2018. It was one of the greatest decisions I have made. This 10 day tour is the perfect way to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life and explore one of the most beautiful parts of SE Asia. The tour guides were truly top class and really made everything that extra bit more enjoyable. Our tour guides Dan & Brayden were more like close friends to us on the tour rather than leading the tour. As tour guides they really could not do enough for us! I cannot recommend this tour enough for people who are ready to have the most incredible experience and make lifelong memories!! This tour was personally one of the greatest life experiences I have had and I can’t encourage people enough to ‘just go’ and make your own!

Wow!

After spending almost a year backpacking throughout South East Asia I can honestly say this place stole my heart. From stunning backdrops of mountains and beaches to crystal clear waters filled with coral and sea life the Philippines truly has it all. The locals are some of the friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, eager to show off their beautiful home to anyone.

TruTravels does such an incredible job with this tour! I can't stress that enough. Each destination we visited like the magic island of Siquijor, the fishing village of Moalboal, or the surf town of Siargao were so unique and the excursions were unreal. I swam with sea turtles for the first time in my life, visited a tribal healer in the jungle, got an hour surf lesson which left me feeling like a pro, canyoned and cliff jumped into the bluest water on the planet and so much more. My guides Dan and Riza really knew how to accommodate everyone in the group. Their laid back and humorous attitudes made us feel like we were all just a bunch of old friends backpacking together instead of an organized trip. I think that this tour is the best way for someone to get a taste of everything the Philippines has to offer while meeting incredible people along the way who will surely become your lifelong friends.
