This was the first internship I have ever done and it was crazy! I felt comfortable from the first day to the last and I made lots of friends and business contacts in Japan. It was an amazing opportunity to learn what it's like to be part of the world of work and to have responsibilities. I got a better understanding of the world and it made me realize how lucky I was to have access to this kind of opportunity.
I would really recommend it to anyone who wants to gain work and life experience. Not everybody in this world has the same opportunities, so you should really be grateful for the chance you've got and take advantage of it!

My goal was to make the most of my time abroad and learn new things every day, and guess what? Mission accomplished! I absolutely loved my internship and the people who guided me through it were the best people EVER. My boss was very supportive and gave me lots of advice. I could really create a special bond with every person on the team and they would always be so kind to me. It was amazing to experience culture shock and to understand how every culture is unique. On top of that, I got so many new business skills that I feel like I'm a different and much more mature and skilled person now. Thank you Meiji Internships for offering me such a great opportunity!

Japanese culture is wonderful and being able to work with Japanese people was an incredible experience that helped me grow in many ways. I studied Japanese at uni so I really wanted to do this internship in a Japanese speaking environment. Of course, I had to speak English sometimes because I wasn't able to understand everything, but I know that my Japanese level improved a lot while working with them. Being able to speak different languages when you are doing marketing is a very useful asset. My co-workers taught me how to use my skills properly and I realized that I can do pretty much everything I want if I really want to. I really had an amazing internship and I will never forget about everything I learned!

I'll miss working with such wonderful people. Korean people are incredibly easy to talk with; I felt like I knew them for ages. But I guess all good things must come to an end. I am happy that Meiji Internships was here to help me find my first internship though. Because I was just so overwhelmed with all these things at first. Now that I have a solid amount of marketing experience I know that I will be able to find a proper job by myself and maybe become an entrepreneur - why not? This experience really helped me grow and get rid of my timidity. I feel so grateful for all the things that I learnt through this internship and I wish everybody to experience such a brilliant time at least once in their life.

As I am studying in Japan at the moment, I thought it might be a good opportunity to do an internship in Japan to get work experience and to help me find a job in Japan afterwards. I spent one month working with a trading company in Tokyo and it was the most profitable month of my life! Not only did I gain new skills in trading, but I also improved my Japanese a lot and I made precious business contacts which is exactly what I needed to set foot in my dream industry in Japan.
This internship was an amazing adventure and the Meiji Internships' team is wonderful. They made this experience memorable and I'm glad they were here to help me on this journey!

Doing an internship with Meiji is something you will remember for a very long time. With a virtual internship, you are connected with people from the other side of the world and you have to adapt to a new culture and new people which is extremely rewarding and really opens your mind to new opportunities. Really, I think that the virtual internship is a huge chance for anyone to get an international experience easily. You should definitely give it a try! I was blown away by the number of new skills that I got thanks to this internship and I am really proud of myself for doing such a great work with my host company from Singapore!

It was the first time for me to challenge myself like that, and I am pretty happy with the results. I was thinking of doing an internship in a Japanese company for a few years, but it took time for me to make the first step and finally apply to a virtual internship programme. I am a bit shy and I really had to gather quite some courage to do something like that. In the end, I think it was the best decision I made for a long time! I got so many business skills and I also got a lot of self confidence, which was not a foregone conclusion. I really hope other students like me take on the challenge to step out of their comfort zone.

A guy from my university did an internship with Meiji Internships a couple of years ago and he recommended me this agency. As they even offer virtual internships, it was the perfect opportunity for me to get working experience from an Asian company. I chose Taiwan because I studied Chinese for three years and I thought it would be a great chance to practice the language in a business situation. This internship brought me more than I expected. I got many skills in marketing, I made great friends and business contacts, I practiced my Chinese, and there were plenty more advantages. The Meiji team was amazing and they never let me down, I knew I could always ask them for advice. It was really good to know that they were keeping an eye on everything for me.

Growing up, I didn't have the luxury of studying something I really love. While I was studying politics, I was doing good at school and having good grades, but it wasn't my dream. It was my parents' dream. That's why my mom allowed me to take a gap year and try doing something only for myself. I chose to put my trust in Meiji Internships to find me a digital design internship in Asia. I thought that a virtual internship was the perfect way to try a new thing without having to give too much of myself traveling half the world for it. I am really happy because I finally found something I like and my boss told me that I had a lot of potential in digital design!

Learning new marketing techniques in a Korean company was a real pleasure. They say that you have to find a job that your really love in order to be happy in your life, and marketing is something that I really love. So when Meiji Internships accepted me into their program and offered to do my internship with a Korean company, I was really happy! I am completely satisfied with meiji and their dedication to find me the internship I dreamed of. The online internship program is a great opportunity right now for people who want to do an internship with a foreign company but don't want to go abroad.
