I am abroad in Colombia with 10 other students from UPenn, and our support from the coordinators is phenomenal. They often give us great recommendations on places to travel, shop, eat, and explore. We really enjoyed our time here and exploring a whole new culture of music, dance, and food. Our coordinators were also very helpful in times of need especially when I grew sick, providing me with assistance. Overall they are very nice people and made me enjoy Colombia more, I would definitely work with this program again.

My experience with the Intern Group in Madrid was amazing. I was very fortunate to have been accomodated, in an apartment as nice as the one i was provided. The Intern Group staff was always at our disposal to help us with an question or difficulty we could be experiencing. I was given an amazing company, named Adamo Robot and gained valuable Business experience from everyday interaction. All staff members were extremely friendly and i was made to feel part of the team from day one. I would recommend the Intern Group to anyone looking to gain hands-on work experience in a foreign country, guided by an excellent profesional team.

I joined the internship program for a 3 months program as an IT Internet in Delonia Software. The decision to join the Madrid Program was one of the best I could possibly take, not only because I had the opportunity in Delonia to explore a vast range of different topics and therefore make up my mind regarding the possible career choices in the IT field, but also because the Madrid program itself is extremely good! In Delonia I went on to explore different topics as penetration testing, networking as well as system administration,and all this within a very flexible work culture that allowed me to both look after my personal matters as well as investigate the different aspects of IT within Delonia. I for sure never got bored in Madrid because once the working hours are done I discovered the city offered an incredible array of events to attend. It has a vibrant community and if one is not careful it is very easy to find oneself in one event one day and the next as well! For sure it is a city that never sleeps and it is quite complementary with the work culture, which in my case was very relaxed as well. The program of visiting different cities and discover a diverse range of locations thanks to the efforts of the Intern Group team were also very useful, because I could discover places I'd never went to otherwise, because they laid outside the types of place I used to go to. Overall the experience has been so good that I decided to come back and live in Madrid. It is a great city to live in and offers a great culture to explore!

My three months in Madrid have been well spent; an invaluable experience endlessly supported by the Intern Group with housing, events, and recommendations. Through the Intern Group, I was connected with an external real estate company where I interned for their business administration roles, which provided me with skills I will definitely use in the future. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the nightlife, sightseeing, and making new friendships and connections along the way. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting to see what Madrid can offer.

I used my internship with the Intern Group in Madrid to help me secure a spot in my master's conversion course in Computer Science at the University of Bath - providing a stepping stone into helping me change to a field I desire.

My time on the internship was challenging but served as an impactful learning experience, instilling my love for software development. In turn, providing me clarification into switching from conventional classroom teaching, to now exploring the world of EdTech by making applications that can act as supportive classroom tools.

The social life in Madrid was nothing short of fabulous, on plenty of occasions I found myself enjoying not just Madrid but Spain in general with other interns that Lalita chaperoned. This included organised trips to Segovia, Toledo arranged by Lalita herself, as well as going on trips with my new found friends to other parts of Spain such as Valencia, enjoying the beach and authentic paella - not whatever they have in the UK.

In terms of recreational activities by myself outside of work, I also got the chance to pick up surfing for the first time, whereas in Bristol my options are more limited due to the comparative lack of public transport options.

The accommodation I stayed in had an excellent view whilst also being away from the city centre; I had the best of both worlds, I got to have fun at the clubs whilst being able to actually sleep off the hangover the next day!

The only drawback I can think of was that the accommodation we stayed in lacked air conditioning, however there was the option of buying a fan and sitting a bowl of ice in front of it. Being from the UK, this was only a slight issue as my plane tickets were a lot cheaper than my north american counterparts.

I highly recommend this internship to anyone if you value dipping your toes into new areas, especially if you're unsure on what to pursue after graduation. Additionally, if like me you stayed home during university, I highly recommend this internship opportunity as it will allow you to branch out and see what it's like living with other people - even if in the end you might not get along with them, but whatever there's tons of other likeminded people to meet.

In the end, when I got back to the UK all I could do was sigh and go "home shit home", would go back in a heart beat!

I had an amazing experience in Madrid, I loved my internship, got to live in the center of city, and met so many people from countries all around the world. While having the opportunity to work with kids through my internship and explore the city of Madrid were highlights of my time abroad, the excursions and events hosted by the Intern Group helped me form connections with people who shared my passion for travel, enhancing my experience beyond what I could have imagined. I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in gaining internship experience in a new city or country. In my personal opinion, my internship allowed me to connect with people local to Madrid, making my experience more valuable than if I had only been taking classes.

I just wrapped up my internship in London with the Intern Group, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! They helped me find my internship super fast and were always checking in via email to make sure I was comfortable with interviews. The accommodation they set me up with in central London was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed! The event coordinators, especially Autumn and Peach, were fantastic at their jobs – super friendly and always quick to respond, even within 15 minutes. Overall, my time in London was fantastic, and I highly recommend going abroad! Don't worry about accommodations or making friends; the Intern Group has got your back!

I loved the experience here, the city is beautiful and the weather is great. I loved the program itself as well and all the events we did made it easier to immerse myself in the culture. I think my favorite part was going to Guatapé and to Comuna 13. Within the city and the whole country, the people were super welcoming and always willing to help. I hope to return here someday soon. The internship gave me a good idea of what I want to do and I had a lot of personal growth as well. I’ve learned a lot here

I loved my internship experience here it was challenging and exiting which helped me the most. Through this process I had a great support from Peach my london program manager. She supported me through giving us events to go to and a safe space to come to her with anything. I was able to go to her for advice about being abroad and career development. There was great support during my internship and i’m so grateful for this opportunity. I think the encouragement as well was a confidence booster that I can be independent here and not rely on anyone else.

Although my experience took place online, and I am living in Valencia I have had an amazing experience with the culture and community in Valencia. I have gone to some events with friends I have made out here and it has been great! Valencia is a beautiful city, and Spain is a beautiful country overall! I truly have enjoyed this entire experience! My supervisor was always easily accessible and very helpful! Her whole staff were very nice and helpful to me! I learning so much about the business side of the fashion industry during my internship.

I would recommend this program to anyone! It is incredibly safe, useful, and amazing to experience working and living in another country! I think it was everything and more!
