Could not recommend Beyond Academy and the team more such amazingly helpful, kind and welcoming individuals who would make you feel at home no matter where in the world you are. No matter what time of day or what the situation they will be straight back with a solution. I have made the best group of friends which I will definitely be in touch with for life, all with similar drives and ambitions to do well. Gaining experience in the workplace is so important and opens your imagination to all the options and roads that one can take that you mightn't have even thought about before. Honestly, the most incredible summer with unforgettable memories. I have absolutely 0 complaints to make.

The Beyond team really went out of their way to help make everything happen. After failing my first interview, Krystal did an hour-long video call with me and helped me work on my confidence and interview skills. Her advice helped so much and I was successful on my next one! I was all set for my Seoul program but due to covid situation unfortunately I was not able to go as planned. Beyond had already lined up the internship but as I couldn’t delay my start date, I ended up doing most of it online. I’m actually very glad with how things turned out. My internship was 2.5 months and my colleagues really made me feel part of the team. I also managed to sit in on many client and agency zoom meetings which was cool!. My company is a mid to high-end fashion brand based in Seoul that’s now expanding their marketing reach to the US. So everything actually worked out super well. I hope to join Beyond again in summer 2022!

I went to Tokyo back in January, having no work experience and I having never travelled by myself before it was definitely one of the best decision I have ever made. My company was amazing and I grew so much professionally and personally over the 2 months. I had always wanted to go to Japan but I always thought it would be too hard to organise so never thought that I could actually live and work in Tokyo. Thanks to Beyond Academy who were there for every step of the journey and really made it an incredible experience. I really have to thank Krystal who was like a mentor, I had my first admission call with her and she helped me in answering my giant list of questions. She stayed in close contact with me throughout the program and even joined a few of the events in Tokyo which were amazing. The program has also helped me build my confidence and my CV. I truly love Japan and can’t wait to go back.

I had the most incredible experience in London. It was quite overwhelming when I first arrived but the orientation and welcome dinner helped a lot. London was so much fun and I loved every second of my time there. I definitely learnt a lot and have grown a lot as a person too. I worked at a fashion company near Oxford Circus and was able to get really amazing hands-on experience. I really appreciated all of the effort that went into finding my internship company and role and it worked out so well. I went to some events with Beyond and my company and met really inspiring people. I was so lucky that my programme finished just before COVID-19 got bad and I was able to get home safely. The internship has already helped me so much and helped me land a full-time job with an amazing company back home.
Overall, I definitely recommend an internship in London and Beyond Academy are the best!

I loved my time interning London and I am really grateful to Beyond Academy making it such an amazing time. The team at Beyond made sure we always had something to do with different events and dinners etc. Personally I really enjoyed the workshop and coaching, it helped me figure out plans for how I want to start my career. I worked at a PR agency and my internship was so much fun, I just wish I could have stayed longer as I was involved in some exciting projects. The lockdown happened a few weeks after I left so I guess I was lucky. If you are thinking about an internship in London, I can tell you from experience that you will not regret it.

I had the most amazing 6 weeks in London. I spend a lot of time visiting the UK (my dad is British) but never in London, what an awesome city. I am planning to go back and work there. Honestly couldn't ask for more from the Beyond team. I interned in a really cool marketing agency in the Soho area. While there were only 5 other interns on the program at the same time as me we all got on very well and had a great time exploring the city. The community manager was super fun. She arranged several events every week and went above and beyond to make sure we all felt settled and were having the best experience. I just wish I had more time. Totally recommend interning in London and esp with Beyond Academy!

I had the best adventure in Tokyo thanks to Beyond academy. Tokyo was fascinating, I loved every second and I wish I could go back. I loved the area of our accommodation and was able to walk (and cycle) around most of central Tokyo which was nice. My intern company was a startup based in Shibuya, a super busy and fun hub in central Tokyo. Aya from the Beyond Team was amazing and was like my bf for the last 6 weeks. There were so many events and I went to as many as I could but i never failed to make our family (intern) dinner every 2 weeks at an izakaya. Tokyo is the most magical place, if you are thinking of interning, do it. Thank you so much Beyond team! I am really going to miss everyone!
