I am super happy and grateful for the wonderful opportunity the TESOL course has given me to learn how to teach English. I’m so thankful to the organization behind for giving people like me a chance to skill up and boost my career.

As a professional writer, going back to the basics of the English language so I can teach them to the next generation wasn’t easy. I had moments of confusion and even discovered lessons I must’ve missed back in my student years. But it’s been amazing to review those lessons and really understand the full depth of the English language.

Now, I'm much more ready to actually teach and share what I've learned. It’s scary and challenging to transition from being a corporate writer to teaching, but having the TESOL Certification has given me the training and confidence I need. It’s lifted so much of the weight off my shoulders, and for that, I’m truly grateful.

I love the way the main points were clearly communicated and videos demonstrated what to expect. I would recommend some fill in the blank/type in quizzes or perhaps a demo-class requirement before completing the certificate. This way, we don't have to just watch and answer questions after, but are responsible to demonstrate what has been learned. This could also set up certificate earners for their next job interview. I think there should be a module that talks about othering and belonging as a teacher in an unfamiliar place as well.

I found the course given by World TESOL Academy to be very easy to grasp. The content was relevant to my field and was organised in a way that could easily be retained in the mind. Even mothers and working ladies can easily go through the course because they have made short modules. The complete button always gives you motivation to keep going. The simple language used and the interesting videos added during the lessons give you a feel of reality. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you for giving me this chance!

It was a great experience and worth it! Lessons are something that can be useful in actual teaching.

I like the structure that, in the first part, they did include on how to navigate the website for the convenience of the learners, secondly, a refresher for the fundamentals of the English language and hands-on information on how this will be taught. Lastly, additional topics pertaining to be a successful English teacher. I highly recommend this for all people planning to teach English whether local or abroad.
