I have had wonderful time studying through the TESOL course. The whole course was laid out in a highly compact and comprehensible manner. The language of the course, and examples made the experience of learning very lucid. Especially, the video aids have helped a lot in understanding the concept in a straightforward way. I intend to do a TEYL course as well. Thank you so much for a such fantastic learning experience! I would definitely recommend the course to aspiring teachers and friends who want to make a difference through education.

I appreciated that each chapter was short, allowing for an engaging pace that didn’t feel tedious. I believe this program offers exceptional value for its cost. It’s very well-structured, and the content is systematically developed. Another major advantage is being able to complete it online in a short amount of time. However, it’s unfortunate that there isn’t an opportunity to practice actual lessons. Thank you for providing such a great program at such an affordable cost. It was a great experience!

A powerful course. Fun and interesting program. Rigorous. I interacted with the materials very well. Rekindled my love for the English language as it took me back to my primary school days of learning English as a home language. I enjoy the quiz-style, multiple-choice style of questioning. I needed this certification to build my skills, and to make myself more marketable to prospective employers. Emphasized the most important aspects of teaching English as a Second Language, both online and in-person. Bravo!

Firstly, I only provide honest reviews :)

I have no teaching background at all, but pleasingly, this course feels complete.
It is mostly succinct, relevant and in a logical order.

Albeit me being a native speaker, I found learning grammar correctly a challenge.
Nevertheless, World TESOL walks you through and provides good examples.

I also really enjoyed some of the videos with teacher Jay and the young learners. It was easy to see the kids enthusiasm under the guidance of Jay!

I found the online teaching component had some good ideas that I hadn't really thought about. Additionally, some great tips on what recruiters are looking for and how best to present a demo to them.

Lastly, I had what I thought was a system error. As frustrating as it was, Heather came on line, investigated the cause and updated me in a timely fashion.

In summary, I was pleasantly surprised with the coverage and quality of the course and its value. Accordingly, I recommend this to course to you.

When I saw the advert for World TESOL Academy, and the price, I didn’t believe it. It is affordable for everybody to enroll the course. When I started the course I was surprised by how much I actually didn’t know about teaching English. I learned how to motivate my students, when to correct them, how to make good lesson plans and so much more. My advice for people that are planning to enroll in this course is to always have a notebook with you and write down all the necessary information.

The 120-hr TESOL Course was easy and convenient to access. The review of concepts was very useful for a language teacher like me. There was also an access to an online tutor who could help you if you have questions. I didn't use the tutor option because I was able to easily go through each lesson. The hyperlinks were also very helpful for providing more examples or clarification to specific concepts. Thank you very much to the organizers. I hope that I can use my certificate to build my resume and easily land more jobs in the future.

It was outstanding! It was detailed, it was fun and it was inclusive and exceeded my expectations in learning online teaching! Loved it. I will refer to my friends and family with closed eyes and if I had a the chance to do again I will definitely take the chance. This course is really amazing , it teaches you how to thoughtfully and effectively teach the English language. From understanding nouns and adverbs to teaching pronunciation and grammar. I recently gained my online TESOL certification and am very pleased with the program although it was online as I am more of a face-to-face learner. The course was well-organized, flexible, and practical, making integrating with my career schedule easy.It provided valuable strategies for my classroom management and language instruction while emphasizing cultural sensitivity and teaching me a lot more about what I should have already known before I started teaching. It really helped me fill my gaps.

The quizzes after each section is very helpful for an overall understading, as well as to the successful completion of the final examination. The material may seem easy to read and skim through, however they are surely dense despite looking easy and simple, where if I skipped a couple lines, I then had to go back and read again what I had skipped to understand what was coming to be explained after.
