This TEFL course was simply fantastic, really easy to digest modules where the units are easy to follow, and easy to digest, with short unit tests at the end of every module which really prepares you for the final exam!

The podcasts with James were also fantastic, they were really engaging and made it very easy to follow along with all the information that would be provided. Some of his podcasts also shed important light on the process, some which are going to be very helpful teaching abroad!

Once more, I highly recommend anyone interested in the TEFL to build their CV or wants to teach abroad to do it!

I found the course super insightful and engaging. I have no prior training or education in teaching but this course touched on many crucial topics, including lesson planning and classroom management, and is very well organised. Some topics, like grammar, can be quite monotonous but the course made it more enjoyable through providing podcasts and giving plenty of examples. The course has definitely helped prepare me for my new role in teaching and I’m looking forward to putting these skills into practice.

Overall the course was very helpful in preparing for teaching the English language overseas. The organization of content and materials made it easy to go step by step and move through the course easily. The course helped me learn things about the English language I would not have previously thought of, and it gave me ample examples of in-class lessons, worksheets, activities, and more. I feel better prepared to embark on my journey I would highly recommend this course to others considering a career in foreign education.

This course was extremely in depth and makes me feel prepared to be an English language teacher. The mix of written content combined with the podcasts broke up the course and made it easy to take in all the information. From lesson planning, to grammar, to classroom managment, this course covered all of the most important aspects of teaching English as a foreign language. The course also covered things like cultural differences and how to prepare and deal with obstacles when working in a foreign country. Overall I'd highly reccomend this course for anyone looking for a TEFL certification.

Easy to navigate, very informative and engaging content. Use of videos was very effective to break up the learning. Encouragement throughout the course helped motivation levels. Encouraged to have breaks. Points repeated to aid learning. Good prep for teaching abroad and very useful for going to Vietnam. Content was concise and clear with obvious objectives within each section. Use of assessment also helped to cement learning. Each section of the course was a good length and managed to hold my concentration.

Great and thorough course with lots of information to help you along on your EFL journey! The topics are very relevant and the course can be used as a great reference point too in the future.

The course materials were organised nicely and included information on a variety of subjects that are crucial for teaching English as a foreign language. The information was provided in a straightforward manner. Each session, whether it was about lesson planning, classroom management, or language skill development, offered insightful information and useful tactics that I could use right away in a classroom setting.

After completing this TEFL course I felt so much more confident and equipped for my upcoming journey to teach in Vietnam.
The course is very comprehensive and provides some many insights, examples and ideas to support you to start off a new and exciting career teaching English as a foreign language. The course was very easy to use and navigate around, and I loved the human touches from James and his videos. There was good communication from the providers when needed, who were able to help with further information and resources.

This programme was informative and well structured, with great attention to detail. It has allowed me to make progress towards my TEFL qualification at my own pace and in my own time. This was of great benefit to me as it allowed me to structure my learning around my full-time job. The real-life inputs from Jamie in each module were informative and helped to put the content of each module into context. The end-of-unit tests required me to understand and recount my knowledge and by doing so helped cement it in my memory, rather than simply repeating it. Overall I found this program an effective guide to anyone seeking to become an EFL teacher.

This course was amazing!

The modules were the perfect length and covered all bases and queries that I could have possibly had. I found that the little videos added to the written content seamlessly. This created some variety within the course and meant that at no point I feel the process was overbearing.

I particularly found the modules on classroom management useful as going into the teaching world this was one of my biggest concerns but the techniques discussed have left me feeling confident to take my first steps into a classroom.

I enjoyed completing this TEFL course, as I found it to be very informative and thorough with the areas that are necessary to competently lead a classroom of my own. The course provided varying resources for learning, with templates to use, James' podcast, quizzes, and more. The modules 7 and 8 I personally found most helpful as this is where I felt least confident. Now I feel more confident in my ability to plan a lesson as well as how to lead a classroom. I would recommend this course for those wanting to work as TEFL teacher as this course has helped me feel much more confident in my ability to teach successfully.
