TEFL has been an amazing experience. A truly wonderful course, especially for those with busy lifestyles. Everything about the course was well structured, easy to understand, and you can get as much or as little help as you want, it's very flexible. The assignments were relevant with great reading material provided, and it has really helped to understand the concept of teaching English in a foreign country. I highly recommend studying with the TELF course. I have learnt so much and received fantastic knowledge.

The content is very informative and well-structured. It is very interactive, with lots of engaging quizzes and written assignments. Having completed the course, I feel confident and equipped. I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to be taking a TEFL course at home, at their own pace. The course materials covered core concepts that have helped me to facilitate online and in-person lessons with middle school and adult learners. I would not hesitate to recommend the courses to colleagues. The resources included meaningful videos, transcripts, and audio items.

This course was very insightful and provided a very in-depth overview of everything you need to know for teaching! It provides lesson plans and plentiful examples to demonstrate how worksheets and other classroom materials should be created. It was easy to guide yourself through the course and resume at any time. The section were clear and east to understand. It has made me excited to continue this exciting adventure overseas and apply these skills in the classroom! I would recommend to any new teachers who are worried about their first steps in teaching.

I have really enjoyed learning about how best to teach the English language with this TEFL course. It was clear, concise and informative throughout and upon completion, I now feel completely ready to travel overseas and teach. The course was also fun and visually pleasing with interesting videos and multiple choice quizzes at the end of each module - a great way to see how well you've been retaining the information. 10/10 would recommend this course as it has given me so much confidence in my abilities as a teacher. I thought the TEFL Nomad course was extremely informative, leaving no stone left unturned. This makes me feel confident that I will be equipped for any situation that could arise, and have a comprehensive guide to look back on if I am ever in doubt. I enjoyed the multiple choice assessment style, as I could focus on retaining the information rather than spending time on structuring an essay. I enjoyed the podcasts with James and also the witty/chatty information style, which made me feel like I was actually being guiding through the course and was not just completing it alone.

I found great value in utilizing this platform for my learning journey due to its accommodating nature that enabled me to navigate through the course materials in a manner that suited my personal pace. This flexibility was particularly advantageous as it acknowledged the diverse range of learning styles and schedules among users.

However, in offering a suggestion for potential enhancement, I would propose the integration of a more diverse range of instructional tools, particularly videos, within the lecture materials. While the textual content was comprehensive and informative, the inclusion of video content can serve as an enriching supplement. Videos have the potential to enhance the learning experience by providing visual and auditory elements that cater to various learning preferences. They can effectively convey complex concepts through dynamic visuals, animations, and real-life examples, making the learning process more engaging and interactive.

Moreover, videos can offer a welcome respite from continuous reading, breaking up the content into digestible segments. This can help prevent information overload and mental fatigue, ultimately contributing to improved retention and comprehension of the course material. The incorporation of videos can create a balanced blend of learning modalities that cater to different cognitive styles, ensuring a holistic and effective learning experience.

This course was very well laid out and covered all of the necessary information needed to feel more confident teaching english as a foreign language. Each Module was very thorough and presented the material in an easily digestibale way. All of the subjects that were covered were relatable and provided useful knowledge. The interface was also easy to navigate and laid out very simply. I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to teach english as a foreign language.

So much content on the course which will only be beneficial when it comes to teaching. Some content was tricky (such as learning the different tenses and how they are formed) but it is all broken down so well which made it much easier to learn. Not only does the course highlight grammar and vocabulary, it also teaches you how to plan lessons and how to teach different age group/ abilities. As well as this, at the end of each module, there was a mini test which consolidated what you had just learnt, ensuring you actually understood the content.

This course was super informative and the podcasts were the highlight! Really engaging content. The topics were well planned out and instructive, making sure to keep the length of the modules to a reasonable amount so it never felt too intensive. The module on cultural contextualisation and learner preferences were particularly engaging and provided a very in depth insight into the particulars of how different cultures and preferences will effect your teaching abilities. Overall a very good course!
