Our 12 days in Bali were nothing short of unforgettable. From the very beginning, every moment was filled with incredible sights, unique experiences, and a deep sense of discovery. We explored so much of the island—beautiful landscapes, vibrant culture, and hidden gems that made each day feel special and different from the last.

What truly made this trip exceptional, however, was our guide. She went above and beyond every single day, always giving her absolute best to ensure everyone in the group had a meaningful and enjoyable experience. Her dedication, warmth, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She took the time to understand each person individually and made a genuine effort to accommodate everyone’s interests and needs.

Thanks to her, the trip felt personal, seamless, and incredibly well-organized. She created an atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable, included, and excited for what each new day would bring.

This journey will stay with us for a long time. Thanks to V.

I just got back from the 9 day Bali Intro tour with Intro Travel. In my opinion, this was the best value for the price out of all the tours I looked into. The accommodations were nice, and most of the activities were included. Our group leader, V was amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better leader. She was knowledgeable, and personable. She was also very caring and super fun! If anyone does the Bali tour, I hope you get V as your leader. I will definitely be doing another tour with Intro Travel soon.

Did the 13-day Japan tour with Dan as my leader and I’ve literally had the BEST 2 weeks ever.
Everything was incredibly well organized from start to finish, which made the whole trip completely stress free.

The itinerary was perfectly balanced, a great mix of sightseeing, cultural experiences, activities, free time, and fun nights out. So many of the experiences we had are things I never would have been able to organize if I would have travelled to Japan on my own.

Dan did an amazing job creating such a fun time for everyone and making sure everything ran smoothly. He was so knowledgeable about Japan and I felt like we got to experience the real magic of Japan (not just the touristic places) and without having to worry about any of the logistics. Couldn’t recommend this trip more highly! 100% book this trip!!!

I had such a blast on this trip and I honestly wish I could’ve stayed for the full 12 days. We had Taylor and Paula as our group leaders and they are just so incredibly bubbly, welcoming, and accommodating to everyone. I have chronic fatigue and I was really worried about doing my first solo group tour, especially in a country I’d never been to, but it was such a great experience and the itinerary was incredibly flexible. I’ve made some really great friends from around the world on this trip and formed some close bonds so I’m very glad I made the decision to tag along. Lots of respect for everyone that made this happen, I’ll definitely be joining in again in the future x

ABSOLUTELY the most INCREDIBLE three weeks I’ll ever get to experience. More than I could’ve ever asked for which was totally aided by our incredible V. Genuinely made me feel like part of a family and will never EVER forget the fun and joys that I got to be apart of with her and my group.

I’ve said this to everyone whose asked but, I couldn’t even begin to describe half the views and activities I got to do with V on this tour. Words aren’t enough, photos aren’t enough. The phrase ‘lucky’ doesn’t quite cut it anymore. Thank you!!

This was my first time travelling to Asia not only this far from home but also alone! And this trip was more than I could have imagined! With all the experiences and with V. She did an amazing jobb guiding the group through the 19 days! With both a professional and personal way. Where you got to know her which made her a part of the group as well. This made it very easy to go to her if there were any problems or if you needed help with something. She’s a big part of the reason I loved the trip so much!

This tour has been absolutely incredible. I had Violetta as my group leader and she has made this an experience I’ll never forget. She always kept the energy high (even at a 2am volcano hike), was always there if you ever needed someone to talk to or just have a laugh with and could answer all of your questions! Everything was taken care of: from transport, to accommodation, to activities, I did not have to think about a single thing! I have made memories for a lifetime: from snorkeling with manta rays and turtles, to climbing a volcano, to getting to know the Indonesian culture (food, people, religion), we did it all with the most incredible people I met on this tour!!

This tour has been the best trip yet! My tour leader V made everyone feel so comfortable the second we met. We all got to know each other so quickly sharing stories. V brought the vibes the laughter and pure joy with her words of wisdom/motivation and just life. I’ve made so so many memories that will stay with me forever! Every day there’s been a highlight a memory that will stick. I am so grateful that I got to experience this trip I’ve loved every single second of it!

Travelled around Japan for 17 days with Intro and was fantastic! Our guide Charlie was very informative while taking us around the sites and helped with my Shinkansen ticket back to Tokyo. Highly recommend for future holiday packages with this group. The hostels were very trendy and central to everything required from food shopping, restaurants and landmarks. Will be booking again with intro travels and hopefully have Charlie as a guide again in the near future. I would like to wish Charlie all the best for his touring and positive energy throughout the 17 days away, it is memories to cherish for years to come.

What a trip! Highly recommend the perfect balance between seeing japan and down time to do your own thing everything brilliantly planed out and organised and a shout out to our trip leader Charlie what a guy and a great laugh and very knowledgeable on all the sites.
