V was an outstanding group leader—informative, funny, and genuinely great to be around. She shared helpful local insight, kept the group organized, and made every day feel easy and enjoyable. Her humor brought everyone together, and her warm, positive energy made the trip memorable. V was an incredible host and made sure that we all had the absolute best time! Yuna, our guide for the DMZ and the first day in Seoul was so informative, professional and lovely, we had a great time in all the locations throughout the trip and enjoyed every activity!
Taekwondo was brilliant, the instructors were very professional and fun.
The temple stay was a surprise, I expected to be a little bored because meditation isn't my thing but the monks were really sweet and made it really easy to enjoy
The food was all amazing
The locations all felt safe, I was walking alone as a solo female without feeling at all threatened or even really alert

I had already done 2 tours with intro so knew I liked meeting new people and having a set itinerary. The nz has one of the highest step counts and several hikes but still doable. Despite the club or bars being empty(on weekdays)Sel imbued us with a great 'bring the party' attitude that never failed to make for a fun night out. Sel was a great tour guide, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and literally held my hand on some long bridges I didn't like! (Some activities are a bit more touristy than they may seem, but still fun!)

We spent two weeks travelling around New Zealand, visiting both the North and South Islands, and had an amazing time. There was so much to see and do, from learning about the local culture to enjoying the scenery and trying new activities.

We started on the North Island, visiting Rotorua, where we experienced the geothermal activity, including bubbling mud pools and geysers. We also enjoyed a traditional Māori Hāngī feast and cultural performance, which was a great opportunity to learn more about Māori traditions. Another highlight was visiting Hobbiton in Matamata, which is well worth a visit, even if you’re not a huge Lord of the Rings fan.

We then travelled to the South Island and stayed in Queenstown, one of our favourite places on the trip. There was plenty to do, from jet boating on the Shotover River to taking the gondola and enjoying the views. Queenstown also has a great choice of restaurants, shops and activities.

One of the highlights of the whole holiday was our day trip to Milford Sound. The drive was long, but the scenery along the way made it worthwhile. We took a boat cruise through the fjord, where we saw waterfalls, mountains and seals. It was a fantastic experience and definitely one of the places we’d recommend visiting.

A special mention must go to our tour guide, Sel, who really helped make the trip so enjoyable. Sel was friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help, sharing interesting information along the way and making sure everyone felt comfortable. Having such a great guide made travelling around the country even more enjoyable and added so much to the overall experience.

The locals were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the importance placed on protecting New Zealand’s beautiful environment.

Overall, New Zealand is a fantastic destination with a great mix of culture, adventure and scenery. I thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would happily return to explore more. I’d definitely recommend visiting New Zealand, and having a guide like Sel makes the experience even better!

I have never been travelling before nor gone abroad very much but this was actually life changing and now I am fully hooked. Our tour guide Sel was so knowledgable and fun, encouraging us to try everything we could and make the most of our time. She was also very supportive throughout and super organised which I particularly appreciated! New Zealand is so beautiful and better than anything I could have imagined. We were also very lucky to have a fantastic group as a whole, definitely made life long friends who I will continue to stay in contact with.

I had an incredible experience in New Zealand. This was my first international tour and I couldn’t have asked for a better group. The activities and planned meals were a good balance to not have to spend too much money but also get the most out of the trip. Our leader, Sel, was knowledgable and responsible as well as fun. She was excellent when things went wrong and so helpful towards onward travel and setting up activities. She made sure everyone was safe and happy at every step. Highly recommend!

Sel went above and beyond constantly, gave everything her all and always made sure we were having a good time and made us into one big family!
Sel helped with building cv’s and motivating us to get jobs and make the best out of my working holiday! She constantly checked up on us after the tour ended and is so proud of me when I got my job and is like a true friend. The best kind of person I could have ever met! Even when an incident happened and someone was rushed to hospital, Erin came over and stepped in for Sel, just shows how caring everyone is

From the beginning of the trip Liezl made us feel nothing but welcome as if we had a family member in a brand new country. No problem or requirement on any of our behalf’s was too much for her. The trip itself was awesome so much fun and so beautiful to immerse ourselves with the locals and not see SA from the outside lens of a tacky tourist but of a true springbok ! #thxliezl

Unfortunately our trip is coming to an end. Liezl has gone above and beyond to make this trip possible. We had an incredible time and I will treasure the memories and friends made!

We spent two amazing weeks travelling through South Africa with our tour guide, Liezl, and she was simply the best! She took such incredible care of all of us and made sure everyone felt comfortable, safe, and welcome throughout the entire trip.

What made this experience so special was how much she genuinely cared about each and every one of us. By the end of the tour, it didn’t feel like we were a group of strangers anymore, but like one big family.

I also got a little sick towards the end of the trip, and Liezl went above and beyond to take care of me. Her kindness, support, and genuine concern meant so much to me, and I’ll never forget it.

Thank you, Liezl, for making these two weeks so special and for giving us memories we’ll cherish forever.
