Just finished our intro South Africa trip with Liezl and had the time of our lives. We saw some amazing sights and felt safe the whole time. Liezl was amazing and super helpful throughout. This trip was great for solo travellers but also couples and appropriate for all ages! The activities were varied and we also had lots of free time with the options to do additional activities such as another safari and cliff walk! We stayed in incredible accommodations and lots of cultural experience throughout

Really enjoyed the variety of experiences on this trip. Liezl the guide was amazing and we absolutely love her. She was really informative and knowledgeable about SA and gave us all the support needed.

The safari was great and we got to see see some amazing animals up close. I would really recommend people to try this tour and it was brilliant. I got to meet some great people of mixed ages and nationalities. We all gelled really well. The travel between places was really smooth and our drivers Stephan and Milton were lovely.

Liezl, the guide, was amazing! Best guide I’ve had in any of the other competitor companies. It was super well organized and everything was smooth. Especially enjoyed the Safari at Kruger. Accommodations were nice, clean and very comfortable. Even after this trip I feel rested, which is great.

The only thing to comment would be sometimes the day ended very early and we had no much included activities to do, so we had to pay for extras to have something to do.

In general amazing experience would totally do it again!

I’ve really enjoyed my trip to South Africa with intro travel, I was unsure about going but I felt completely safe with Liezl! She is so knowledgeable about the country and made sure everyone was comfortable with what we were doing. All the activities were enjoyable and educational so I learnt a lot about the country. My favourite part was going to Soweto and helping out the less fortunate people, it really added a personal touch to the trip. I would recommend this trip to anyone who is wanting to travel around South Africa

Liezl is truly the heart of my South Africa experience. From start to finish, everything was planned with incredible precision and attention to detail, making the entire trip seamless and stress-free. She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also so fun, thoughtful, and genuinely caring.

Liezl always went above and beyond, she had a solution for everything and was consistently proactive, considerate, and attentive to our needs. She made this vacation feel extra special in ways that went far beyond the itinerary.

This trip simply wouldn’t have been half as enjoyable without her. Liezl will forever be synonymous with South Africa for me, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

An absolutely amazing trip. So well organised. We had the best tour guide, Liezel. She was wonderful. Would recommend this trip to anyone in a heart beat ❤️

I was apprehensive before booking, as I was a solo traveler. But lots of information is available beforehand, and the chance to chat to the people that will be in your group!

Had an amazing time in South Africa with Liezl and Intro Travel. From Johannesburg to Kruger national park to Cape Town, and many places in between. Everything was so organised and went extremely smoothly, Liezl made sure of it! The group gelled together straight away, as 20 & 30 year olds, of mainly solo travellers. The itinerary gave a really diverse look at the country, people, culture and history. All the accommodations were really nice, and the travelling was smooth, mainly in a large comfortable coach.

Well where do I start, I’ve just returned from the Costa Rica tour. What an adventure - I could not recommend enough. Full to the brim with happiness, nature & incredible species. Every day was packed with adventure; rainforest walks, beach visits, surfing, turtle spotting, catamaran sunsets the list goes on.

A massive thank you to the most wonderful tour guide Yamil, for making sure every day was full of energy & pure bliss and happiness!! And thank you to the most joyful wider team, Mari & Ceci for your everlasting smiles, fun and kindness.

The trip was amazing Rach did a great job of keeping us alive and making sure we had the best time possible while also giving us freedom to explore on our own. 100/100 would do again! Overall I think that the trip was planned well everything was open for us to do or not do if we didn’t want to and there was also enough free time in places to go and do what we wanted outside of the planned trip activities. Taking the year out to travel around different countries was a wild one for me but Rach made it all worth it in Bali for sure!

I did the South Africa Adventure with Liezel in July. It was amazing. Liezel was such a great Group Leader with a lot of cultural knowledge. She was very passionate about her job and South Africa as well as neighbouring countries. My highlight was definitely Kruger National Park - we saw the big 5! It is obvious that INTRO care about the places and people they visit, and we had the opportunity to visit local communities and support them along the way. It has definitely made me want to do more trips, and I'll be back to Africa again for sure. Thank you Liezel!!
