This was my first ever trip with a travel company and I have to say, Intro Travel did an amazing job with what they provided. Our tour leader Lauren was brilliant, she always gave great recommendations on food and things to do. The cultural facts she gave were great l, as it was lovely to learn about the history as well. The views on the hikes and lakes we visited were spectacular! I loved the bisit to the Maori village among many ither things such as the river rafting and milford sound, where we were lucky enough to see the dolphins.

The intro New Zealand tour was my first experience of a group tour and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The tour was incredibly organised with far more activities on the itinerary than I expected, plus plenty of optional add-ons to choose from. At the same time, you also had the flexibility to explore at your own pace at any time.

Lauren, our group leader, was fantastic—friendly, approachable and genuinely invested in making sure everyone felt comfortable. She even gave up some of her own free time to help us bond as a group, which worked brilliantly. Many of us were solo travellers but she made us all feel at ease from the very beginning. She was also very knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations for food, drinks, and activities during our free time.

If you’re feeling hesitant about booking, I’d say just go for it - you definitely won’t regret it!

I chose Intro Travel for my first group tour and I wasn’t disappointed.

The scenery was amazing, the activities were well chosen, and the trip was organised smoothly and thoughtfully.

She created a great atmosphere within the group while managing every detail with care and efficiency, and sharing her tips and recommendations, even during our free time.

I’ve done group tours with multiple companies but Intro Travel is the best by far! Our tour guide Lauren went above and beyond throughout the trip making it so fun, with games to pass the time when there were longer bus journeys, and many jokes and encouraging words. There were so many included activities which i loved, specifically getting to appreciate the Maori culture in the North Island! Overall 10/10 trip, would definitely do again and definitely recommend to anyone thinking about doing New Zealand with a group.

Just finished the 17 day New Zealand Tour and it has been the best trip of my life! Visited so many incredible spots such as Lake Tekapo and Milford Sound which were unreal!! My group was amazing, made so many great friends for life including our tour guide Lauren who was the best!! She made the tour such good fun and was so helpful and knowledgeable the whole trip, she made every day so much fun! Definitely recommend Intro Travel to anyone, it was a great way to travel without stress and such a good way to meet new people.

This tour was amazing!

The people I met were amazing and our group leader Lauren was so good with providing fun facts about each place we visited. She was also so welcoming into the group which made us all feel so comfortable.

It’s hard to pick a top moment as there was so many highlights but my favourite was the Helicopter ride in Lake Tekapo- landing on the snow and getting out of the helicopter was so cool to see.

The different hikes that we had to complete were challenging but so worth it to see the views of the lakes and towns from above.

Overall, I would recommend this tour to any solo travelers who want to travel NZ and have loads of fun at the same time.

Lauren was an amazing group leader and truly made the New Zealand tour such a great experience. From the start, she created such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that made it really easy for everyone to connect. The group itself was fantastic — a really lovely mix of people, which made it especially great for solo travellers like me. It never felt awkward or lonely because Lauren helped bring everyone together so naturally.

One of the best parts of the trip was how well everything was organised. It was so nice not having to worry about planning logistics, transport, or activities — Lauren had everything sorted and running smoothly, which meant we could just enjoy the incredible scenery and experiences New Zealand has to offer.

Lauren was friendly, approachable, and always happy to help with anything we needed. She struck the perfect balance between giving us guidance and allowing us the freedom to explore. I’m really grateful for such a fun, easy, and memorable trip, and a lot of that is thanks to Lauren and the great group she brought together. I’d highly recommend travelling with her!

The 12-day Sri Lanka tour was absolutely amazing. The activities were incredibly fun and well organized, and the accommodations were truly beautiful throughout the trip.

Between activities, there was plenty of free time to explore different places on your own, which made the experience even more enjoyable and flexible.

Our group leader, Amelia, was absolutely incredible. She was fun, kind, caring, and very outgoing. She made everyone feel included and ensured that everyone had the best possible experience. Thanks to her, we also got amazing photos from some of the most beautiful viewpoints (she knows the best spots) and learned a lot about Sri Lankan wildlife, culture, and important landmarks.

Amelia and the local guides were all very knowledgeable about the country and were always happy to answer any questions.

I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone considering visiting Sri Lanka—it was an unforgettable experience!

I had an amazing time traveling the South Island of New Zealand with Intro Travel. The whole tour was incredibly well organized and allowed us to experience so many incredible places and activities. The landscapes were absolutely beautiful and every day felt like a new adventure.

What really made the trip special for me was our group leader, Lauren. She was fantastic throughout the whole tour. She always made sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and looked after, while still giving us plenty of freedom. She was never pushy, but was always there when we needed help or advice. Her positive attitude and organization made the experience so smooth and enjoyable.

I truly had such a great time in New Zealand. The activities, the scenery, and the overall tour were all amazing, and I met some great people along the way. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone thinking about exploring the South Island!

I highly recommend this tour to anyone who has New Zealand on their bucket list! The itinerary has a great mix of cities, smaller towns & scenic areas. There are so many great activities to show off all New Zealand has to offer like white water rafting, jet boating, Māori experience, Hobbiton & hiking. There are also so many options for additional adventures like sky diving & wine tasting.

Lauren was my tour leader & she was absolutely brilliant. She is so good at her job. Lauren treats every person the same, with the same level of respect & patience and answered everyone’s questions. She was so well organised and had loads of facts & information on every part of the tour. Lauren made the whole tour run smoothly and her great personality made everyone enjoy the trip to its max.
