I’ve just finished the 17 day New Zealand tour with Intro Travel and had an incredible time! Our trip included some amazing stops and activities; Lake Tekapo, Milford Sound and even jet boating in Queenstown. We also had the opportunity and free time for extra activities such as skydives and bungy jumps. Whilst the country itself was beautiful, all of this was made better by our awesome tour guide Sel who was a bundle of energy and joy! She was very patient with our group and always made sure everyone was having a great time. Thanks Sel for being such a memorable tour leader.

Hey Sel, just wanted to say a huge thank you for the past few days! You’ve been so kind, patient and caring towards all of us. I genuinely didn’t feel stressed about anything because you had everything so well organised and taken care of.

Thank you for arranging everything so perfectly, all the laughs and fun games, bacon and eggs, hot chocies, and of course all the memories we made together. I’ll definitely cherish these moments forever. ❤️

What an amazing 9 days, absolutely fell in love with NEW Zealand and everything it has to offer!!!! Salma was the best group leader we could have asked for, made everyone feel so welcome and have the best trip possible!!!! I learnt so much from her and will miss her lots!!!! Would definitely recommend his tour to anyone thinking about travelling the North islands, you will have the best time and I will be booking the South islands very soon when I have more time!!!!

kiki is amazing! very funny and supportive, a very good safe person. i also much a bunch of lovely people and the group and had many good nights out, lots of fun overall.
i went through bit of a rough patch because of my personal mental health and kiki gave me lots of support, let me talk through it and referred me to an intro therapist who was also alot of help (i think her name is belle?)
i felt rlly nervous when i first arrived but that soon faded away thank to the help of the leaders, and some of the lovely characters that were in the group.

I had the best trip on the Bali experience 15 days. I went solo and it was the first time I did anything like this so I was nervous, but them nerves completely dissapeared when I met Stacia. Stacia is the most friendly, caring and kind person. She planned everything so well i never had to think or worry about anything she went over and above. She was always bringing great energy and positivity. If you get Stacia as your group leader you are so lucky, not only was she the best leader she is now a great friend. The group was amazing too and i have met more great friends too.

Just finished the 12 Day Bali Experience with Stacia. She was really knowledgeable with everything from start to finish, and was really calm and welcoming.

Any questions or concerns she would always be really helpful and caring! She had some incredible recommendations for food and places to visit, she was really helpful in translating the local language when we didn’t understand!

She had so much energy and with her can do attitude really kept us all going! We were an all girls group and for any solo traveler highly recommend, we all felt so safe with Stacia!

I loved each and every part of this tour! From the beginning the tour leader was very welcoming, helpful and comforting ensuring each individuals were being met. The tour is very well organised and the activities are all amazing and so much fun! I personally really enjoyed exploring the temples, waterfalls and monkey forest. I also loved the Gili Islands and the snorkling, we got to see turtles swimming right beside us! Stacia our group leader was very well educated in the Indonesian culture and was able to tell us very fun and interesting facts. She went above and beyond to help us with extra activities we wanted to do, or adjusted things to suit what we wanted to do. Stacia was very fun, loving and out going! She is amazing at karaoke, such a lovely voice and sang on repeat when we asked her to because we enjoyed listening to her so much! She was always there to listen if we had a problem or wanted to have a deep chat about our personal life’s and was very comforting and understanding with great advice! Stacia was very organised and kept us informed with the plans for the day and the next day to ensure we all knew what we were doing and when! I personally think she is a beautiful person inside and out and Intro is very lucky to have her as a part of their team! Us travellers are also very lucky to have the opportunity to have her as a group leader as she made Bali that bit better which I didn’t know was possible! She is a huge part of my Bali trip!

I just finished the 12-day Bali Experience trip with Stacia as our group leader and I have had the most incredible time! I would never have thought to book for some of the destinations/activities we did and I would have missed out on so much without them. Stacia was an amazing group leader, she made me feel comfortable and welcome from the first time I met her and was always so kind and supportive when I was having a rough day or needed someone to vent to. I loved how thoughtful the trio was, making sure we experienced so much of what Bali had to offer, with a good mix of relaxation and active travel. I will absolutely be doing another intro tour and hope my next leader lives up to the amazing standards set by Stacia on this trip ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stacia is absolutely phenomenal on the Bali experience tour. Her care, attention to detail and patience, on top of her insane knowledge of the local culture made her an amazing leader. She was very patient when we asked her to repeat herself with our itinerary regularly and was understanding that we all processed information in different ways/at different speeds. She offered a supportive and friendly face to turn to if we were having a challenging day, and always kept the vibes high. She should be treasured as one of your group leaders, I can’t stress how wonderful she was enough.

Stacia was absolutely fantastic and made the whole trip so much more enjoyable! She made everything feel so easy and stress-free, and we could just relax and enjoy every moment of the trip.

She was incredibly organised and always seemed to know the answer to every question we had. She was also great at keeping us informed, always giving us details about what to expect the next day so we knew what was happening and could just enjoy ourselves. She was constantly checking in to make sure everyone was happy and had everything they needed.

I also really appreciated how she was always taking photos and capturing all those little moments throughout the trip. It was so nice knowing we’d have lots of memories to look back on.

Stacia also knew so much about Bali’s culture and history, and it was genuinely interesting hearing all the facts, stories and information from her along the way.

A huge thank you to Stacia for making this trip truly unforgettable. Her care, organisation and positive energy made such a difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better group leader!
