I have recently completed my first group tour holiday with INTRO travel and would highly recommend INTRO Travel to others wishing to explore different countries.

Having never done a group tour before the INTRO travel trip to New Zealand came highly recommended to me by a friend who said she had had an amazing time and a really great experience with INTRO. My group leader Lauren came personally recommended by my friend and was the same group leader that I had for my trip.

Before the trip I was slightly apprehensive having never done a group trip before but had absolutely nothing to worry about. The trip was great. All the activities were amazing and the people that I got to know were really nice too. Most of this was due to our great leader Lauren who was absolutely fantastic as a group leader. She was constantly present and with the group and went beyond the call of duty to make the trip really special. She felt completely integrated into the group as opposed to just to group leader and yet was very organised and professional throughout ensuring the trip ran completely smoothly from start to finish.

If I was to plan another group tour, I will certainly be booking through INTRO as I’ve had such great experience.

It was a wonderful trip with our tour lead Lauren ❤️ she is super engaging and 100% fun energy. She always checks on everyone to make sure everyone is ok and she is one of the best tour lead i had 😘. I also love the trip itinerary which covered the highlights of south island including hiking and kayaking. There were so much fun moments during the trip. There are also many optional activities that you can sign up for those trill seekers. Thank you Lauren and INTRO and I will definitely 100% recommend this trip to everyone 🥰

I’ve just completed Intro’s New Zealand Adventure tour and it was one of the best tours I’ve done! This is my fifth Intro tour and it did not disappoint - all the activities both included and optional were amazing and showcased everything New Zealand has to offer. It’s such an incredible country and the Intro tour allowed me to experience things I wouldn’t have done if I was on my own. All the accommodation was really comfortable and clean. I had Lauren as a group leader and she was fantastic, so helpful and made sure everyone was happy. I wish I could do it all over again!

I’ve never used intro travel but found the South Africa itinerary good value fo what you see. I had the privilege of having Liezl Seidel as my guide and she was the perfect guide for SA: attentive, organized, enthusiastic and full of energy! She’ll jump in and answer you right away if you needed anything and ensured our safety throughout the trip. She even included a winery and adventure activities even though they weren’t in the included itinerary. The safari, seals and penguins were def the highlights of the trip. Great value without spending 10k for an African safari

This trip was amazing. Our guide Liezl was an incredible guide. We felt like she knew the whole country. Everywhere she went she knew the staff by name and that made us feel so at home. The experiences were diverse and exciting. I felt safe the whole time and we got to explore places I would have never gone on my own.

The group on our trip was also so fantastic. We were 17 people all together and we all bonded so well together.

This is a great trip for those looking for an adventure trip. :)

Great trip and Liezl was a great tour guide. Liezl made sure we were all safe and happy all of the time. Saw a lot of the country which was great with all internal travel sorted especially. Great game drives where we saw a lot of animals and a jam packed schedule. Good thing that breakfasts were all included which was very convenient. Only thing that was missing was night time activities and there were extra activities you had to pay for which the website does not say - would have been helpful.

Selina Novello… what a special person that’s for sure but where do I even start?
From the moment I arrived at the hotel in Bangkok I was greeted by Selina’s friendly face and a warm hug, after my first solo long haul flight this was exactly what was needed. Selina then was so helpful in supporting me to bring my bags up to the hotel room, giving me a tour of my hotel room and informing me of all the necessary information needed for my first day. This was just the start of my amazing experience of having Selina as my group leader. Throughput the whole trip Selina went above and beyond for every single member of our group in whatever way we needed it, for example when one of our group members was feeling unwell, Selina selflessly went to the shop and brought them a bag full of everything they needed, created a fantastic video of our trip, brought us drinks out of her own money, just to name a few. In addition to this, Selina always showed a genuine care for all of us, always checking in to see how we are and if we need anything at all, Selina would do anything for anyone! Also Selina was so kind and thoughtful and really took time to get to know every single person as an individual in the group and made sure that everyone was included and felt comfortable. Overall Selina is one of the most lovely people I have ever met in my life, she reminds me of a ray of sunshine, always smiling, always bringing the great vibes and energy, dancing and singing. You can very clearly tell how passionate Selina is about her about her job and how much she enjoys it. Selina is an absolute credit to the Intro Travel company and they are so incredibly lucky to have her!!! I certainly feel so grateful to of had her as my group leader and I cannot recommend Selina highly enough for anyone who will be lucky enough to be on one of her group tours in the future. It is because of this amazing experience of having Selina as my group leader which has made me want to book my next group travel trip with Intro Travel but I highly doubt I will ever find another leader like her as she really is one in a million and so loved by every single person in the group. Selina, I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done these past 13 days, you have made such a positive impact on all of our lives and I really hope I can reunite with you one day!!!

The most unforgettable 12 days in South Africa with our amazing tour guide Liezl. We have seen some incredible sights with a highlight being the safari at Krugu. I felt completely safe the entire journey and all questions were all answered promptly. We have covered so many experiences from giving back int the community at an unapproved settlement, meeting a cultural tribe to learning at the rich history of South Africa. As a solo traveler it definitely ticked all the boxes, from meeting new friends to exploring a new country without having to organise a thing. I would recommend the trip to anyone!

This is my second tour with INTRO and I can honestly say best tour company. The tour guides are great, especially Liezl, she made the South Africa trip. Her enthusiasm was amazing, she really looked after us. My experience in this beautiful country has been wonderful and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Amazing experience,
Lots of variety in activities and the guide Liezl was very experienced and knowledgeable and was always on hand if we needed something. There is a lot of driving involved which was long and could be boring but Liezl tried to make it as interesting as possible. The accommodation was lovely we had no issues at any of the accommodation. The animals at Kruger National Park was amazing we saw almost everything that we wanted to see, I think there should be more variety of food options I feel like I’ve eaten a lot of beef these two weeks
