Il tour Epic Indonesia è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa, una perfetta combinazione di visite e relax. Abbiamo potuto supportare e conoscere direttamente le comunità locali, esplorare ed innamorarci di queste isole.

Ho apprezzato particolarmente il turismo sostenibile e rispettoso attuato da Intro.

E ci tengo particolarmente a ringraziare Violetta, la nostra tour guide, perché è stata fonte di allegria, assistenza, supporto ed energia costante, rendendo questa esperienza indimenticabile. Farò sicuramente un altro tour con loro!

The Epic Indonesia tour was a wonderful experience, a perfect combination of sightseeing and relaxation. We were able to support and get to know the local communities firsthand, explore, and fall in love with these islands.

I particularly appreciated the sustainable and respectful tourism practiced by Intro.

And I especially want to thank Violetta, our tour guide, for her constant joy, assistance, support, and energy, making this experience unforgettable. I will definitely do another tour with them!

Just finished the 8-day Intro Tour in Bali and it was incredible! Our guide Courtney was truly the best ❤️ fun, caring, organised, and made everyone feel like part of a family from day one.

The tour had the perfect mix of adventure, culture, relaxation, and fun nights out. Everything was well-planned, and I always felt safe and included — especially as a solo traveler.

I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to explore Bali in the best way possible. Huge thanks to Courtney and the Intro team for such an unforgettable experience!

The most amazing trip ever, couldn’t have asked for a better group leader, if I could give Annie 50 million stars I would, the most caring and helpful lady I have ever met, she’s the best.

The trip as a whole was awesome, with many amazing activities to do, from snorkelling, crazy fun nights out, and hiking the volcano.

I’ve met best friends for life, which would never have been possible without Intro.

I didn’t think the trip would live up to its hype as the reviews online are so positive, but it exceeded my expectations and more.

Firstly. V’s communication was great at the start of the trip. I had never travelled alone before or been on a group tour, but she gave super clear instructions on how to get to the airport where we would be staying, etc. Every day, she explained what we would be doing and the plans for the subsequent days, making everything super easy. We did not have to worry about a thing; everything was sorted and organised. She always had great recommendations as well for when we had free time, places to eat, and little activities we could do, and she made everything super clear and understandable in the group chat. Our first few days in Canggu were great, V took us to the fun places to go out and that girl knows how to get downnnnnnnnn. The villa in Lovina was incredible, our dinner that was made for us was delicious, and I was shocked by how nice it was. I loved all the people we got to meet along the way, Gede and his gorgeous garden, and the LUNCHHHHH. The lady in the temple from the first day ( I’ve forgotten her name ) she was so cool and a party girl. The rice king was super knowledgeable and wise, got lots of good advice from him. We learnt so much about the history and Balinese culture. Gili T was insane as well, the accommodation was great and the Irish bar had great food and drink. Going out was so much fun, again, V was the GOAT, she took us so many fun places, and absolutely demolished karaoke. And she handled some difficult situations with particular members of the group (ahem, Ibrahim ) with grace and dignity, and sorted everything out. She is a great person to talk to about anything you need, boys, medical advice ( she always had Panadol or travel sickness tablets at the ready ), travel advice, or friendship issues. It was also great being with V since everywhere we went we were treated like VIPs. Skipped lines, got special seating, and people just generally love her everywhere we went. She is probably one of the coolest, funniest, strongest, smartest, hardworking, diligent, practical, but also fun. The tour was incredible, but V honestly made it that much better. Could not give higher praises to that woman. Hopefully, we get to see her again. Also, thank you to Intro. It was a great tour!

I was super lucky I had Violetta (v) as our group leader. V was an amazing start to finish -the bubbliest and most fun and caring leader -she felt more like a friend than a leader. Every day was planned and packed full of fun and culture, which V was super knowledgeable about and always ensured everyone felt safe and welcome at all times.

Even when a member in our group had some difficulties, V was always super calm and knew exactly how to deal with every scenario with ease. I couldn’t recommend V as a tour leader enough, we loved you, V!!

V (Violetta) is an absolute angel, and she made the trip so much better than it already was. V is so down-to-earth and such a beautiful and bubbly person to be around!

She made sure everyone felt safe and welcomed, and always strived to be inclusive and warm to everyone who was on the tour. Everyone on the tour loved her, and I would highly recommend V as a tour group leader.

I had a fantastic time on my 9-day trip to Bali.

The booking process was easy and I received all info needed, with my group leader, Violetta, checking in on my arrival details to make sure I had a smooth start and a WhatsApp Group to get in touch with the other participants.

The accommodations are very comfortable, and the activities are well vetted, making sure to have a safe and ethical experience. I am a vegetarian and the food alternatives provided were high quality.

Violetta was the best guide I could have asked for. It was really nice to be with a local who knows the language and can translate when needed, and her energy was just amazing.

There was a noticeable age gap in the group, which meant some participants wanted to party as much as possible and others wanted to have a chilled vacation. Violetta managed that easily by giving individual recommendations for free-time activities and making sure people who go home earlier get back to the accommodation safely.

On the last day, the waves were too high to go back by the regular ferry from Gili T, which she handled like a pro, getting us on an alternative transport, making sure we had seats and snacks, and organising the onward journey for everybody.

Overall, I spent the entire time just enjoying myself because everything was being taken care of. Totally recommend!

Just wrapped up the Epic Indonesia 15-day tour, and it truly lived up to its name!

From the stunning landscapes of Bali to the serene beauty of Lombok, every day was an adventure. As a solo traveller, I was a little nervous at first — but I never felt alone for a second.

A huge shoutout to our incredible group leader, Courtney. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having the best experience possible. Her kindness, infectious energy, and genuine care made the trip unforgettable. She's an amazing asset to Intro Travel, and we were all so lucky to have her leading our group.

I’ll always be grateful for the memories made and the friendships formed — and I hope I get to cross paths with Courtney again on future adventures!

Just finished the 19 day Epic Indo trip with intro. Wow! I had the best time and already planning on traveling with intro again. I have made friends to last a lifetime. Our group leader Courtney was amazing. Could not have asked for anyone better. She was so knowledgeable about each place, knew all of the best places to take us and gave the best recommendations. She made sure we were all safe and having the best time. I knew if I ever needed anything she was always there to help and talk. She was always so organised which made my trip so smooth and effortless. My memories of this trip will last a lifetime, surfing, dolphin spotting, diving in Gili, waterfalls, snorkelling with turtles and especially the Komodo boat trip! I had my birthday whilst on the trip and Courtney went the extra mile to ensure I had the best day. I fell in love with Indonesia, and a big part of that was because of Courtney and the group. Never laughed and cried (happy tears) so much. Thank you for everything Courtney, I have made a friend for life🫰🏼🫰🏼

I had the best time on the Bali Intro 12-day tour. My tour leader, V, made the trip hassle-free. She always made sure everyone was safe and looked after throughout the trip. She also made sure we always had fun. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour leader. This trip has encouraged me to travel more in the future and to travel with Intro Travel.

This tour involved many activities, some early mornings, which were difficult. But these were all worth it for the activities that we completed. My favourite memory from the trip was watching the sunset on the beach in Gili T after the bike ride.
