I took the 15 day Bali Experience tour and it was one of the most amazing trips I have ever been on.
It included so many once in a life time experiences including swimming with manta rays which was a dream come true. I was lucky to make brilliant friends with the rest of my group who I now share unforgettable memories with.

Our tour guides Andri and Carolyn made the trip run so smoothly so that we never had to worry about anything. I felt so safe having them as group leaders, they made sure we were able to experience the best of Bali whilst remaining stress free. They also made sure to take phenomenal photos for us throughout the trip to capture our memories. I cannot thank them enough for the trip of a lifetime. 100% recommend travelling with Intro, I cannot fault them.

Will be highly recommending Intro to my friends! Everything ran so smoothly and well organised it was so lovely not to have to think about any planning for activities or transfers. The Bali experience 15 day itinerary was full of experiences I would have never thought to do unless I was part of the group. There was a wide range of cultural as well as adventurous activities and a little bit of free time for ourselves. I would suggest doing the 15 days not just the 12 as ending the trip in Nusa allowed for more chilled time and we were incredibly lucky to see Manta Rays on the snorkelling activity included. Our group leader was Andri, he made us feel so relaxed and was so helpful that he speaks Balinese. Andri is so knowledgable and the perfect guide making our trip so fun and exciting. Andri was training Carolyn which was lovely to have two group leaders, I’m sure Carolyn will go on to be an amazing tour guide too!

I did the 12 day Vietnam Intro trip with Meg as my team leader and it was amazing. One of the best experiences I’ve ever done, Meg has got a real passion for Vietnam and is so knowledgeable, especially about the war, anyone would be lucky to have her as their team leader. The intinery for the trip is great, Ha long bay and Hoi an are a firm favourite, along with making our own laterns. The only thing I wish we had more of is a little more free time to explore the cities but apart from that it’s a fantastic trip, I would highly recommend it

I did the 12 day intro tour of Bali.It was an amazing experience.Niamh my tour guide was amazing so kind and welcoming.If you had any questions she was there to help.This tour was filled with so many diverse experiences which included a Monkey forest/Volcano sunrise trekking .Would def recommend intro travel.I was able to see a lot in thr 12 days that I was here.The transportation was taken care of.I enjoyed all the accomodations on this trip.There was also free time so you could explore on your own.My favourite part of the trip was visiting the Balianese family.

Our tour in Vietnam was brilliant, the food at the home stays and boat could have been improved. The general meals were a little disappointing. Our leader was so helpful and funny. She would chat to us and give us guidance and advice. Including safety and recommendations at restaurants and things to do in the local area. This was beneficial as we had limited free time. It was well organised and ran smoothly. We needed more beaches as there was only one. Our group was small which was really nice cause we all got to know each other really well

had the pleasure of having Meg as our tour guide during our trip to Japan, and she truly made the experience unforgettable. Meg’s knowledge of Japan’s history, culture, and hidden gems was remarkable. She brought each location to life with engaging stories and insights that you wouldn’t find in any guidebook. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and she went out of her way to ensure everyone in the group was comfortable and had a great time. Whether it was helping us navigate the bustling streets of Tokyo or guiding us through the serene temples of Kyoto, Meg was always attentive and patient. If you’re looking for a tour guide in Japan who is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, I highly recommend Meg!

Had a fantastic 10 days on the intro Cambodia trip. I loved the activities and the history we did and was really happy with the accommodation. Our guide Elliot was excellent, a great mix of being easygoing but also being on top of organizing everything and looking after everyone. He gave great recommendations for our free time and was great fun.
When any help concerns were raised, everything was organised really smoothly to make it the least stressful experience possible, so at least that didn’t have to be a negative for the trip.

I had the best time on this tour - was a great mixture of activities and free time to explore Cambodia. I particularly enjoyed the time we spent on the island - the ferry there and back is so fun! We had a lovely group of 16 people of all different ages and everyone got on so well so I’d recommend the tour for literally anyone! We had such a lovely tour guide (Elliott) - he made sure we all felt safe at all times, was always up for social activities and the tour ran so smoothly with him in charge! Couldn’t recommend this tour more!

We loved our tour and had a great time meeting the other members of the group and had the best tour guide (Elliott). Felt super safe and had a good balance of having fun as well as relaxing. Really enjoyed myself.

Loved the evening activities - final night with Elliotts pool party was super fun!!! The karoke was a good ice breaker, and enjoyed all the evening meals to chat to different people.

The circus could be added in as it was a super fun add on, as well as the apopo rats. But overall really enjoyed my time!

I loved the tour , I thought it was really well organised and lots of fun. Elliott was a great tour guide , very caring and well organised, really felt like he became a good friend by the end of the trip. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone, it had lots of fun activities but also there was time to do your own thing , which I enjoyed.
The tour had lots of different activities from seeing the city to being on a tropical island - I think the tropical island was my favourite.
Couldn’t thank Elliott enough for a great tour !!
