The course was comprehensive, engaging enough as an online course, and pretty well structured, with a nice balance of theoretical knowledge and some practical activities along the way.

Throughout the course, I learned a wide range of teaching techniques, classroom management techniques, and lesson planning strategies that have equipped me with the skills and confidence I need to teach English as a foreign language.

Everything you need to know about teaching ESL is here. Some parts are more detailed and I felt like I went back to school and reviewed my English lessons. I am a seasoned teacher so most of the teaching stuff are general knowledge but is helpful nonetheless. It is always great to be reminded of the theory behind your classroom habits to become more mindful on the way you teach. It could be more helpful to share more practical activities for teaching. My only regret is that I took it later in my teaching career. It would have been a helpful course before the CoVid Pandemic happened.

This program (120-hour TEFL/TESOL course) is a good class for you to take as it contains all details needed for teaching. Recaps, tips on how to teach and even easier ways for you to also learn. They also provide examples from another online extensions which provide more in-depth information of the topic. In this program, you are a student and a teacher to yourself at the same time. It would be better if you've already learned most of the topics in your high school years as it will help you learn fast in this program (and for you to avoid having a hard time). Overall, I recommend this program to all people who wants to teach online and earn a TEFL/TESOL Certificate.

The course provided me with an overall knowledge base needed to teach English to others. As a person who has not taken an English course in many years, it was a refresher on the grammar rules. The course allowed me to learn some tips and tricks to use when I begin teaching students. I wish the program was a little more interactive. I am more of a hands-on person/interactive person, so it would have been nice to have more videos or other forms of interaction throughout the duration of the course.

I have successfully completed my 120-hour TESOL course, and I feel really excited about it. I enjoyed the course because it was fully engaging, all through. Each lesson is well-structured and fully detailed, yet not too long. I look forward to also completing the 80-hour TEOL course to further boost my resume.

While studying, you may find some parts to be quite technical but don't worry. With a little dedication and patience, you'd scale through. I would also recommend going through the course in an intensive manner. I mean immerse yourself into the course. That way, you wouldn't forget the lessons easily. However, if you're extremely busy, remember that you have access to the course for at least 4 months.

The content of the course is extremely useful for new teachers who are struggling with their students to be involved. The course is divided into 7 main modules. Each module covers a particular topic which is written in a simple way using very understandable language. At the end of each topic, there is an end-of-module quiz which is supposed to test what you've remembered throughout it. If you are a hard-working person it won't take you anything to pass the final exam as well. Undoubtedly, it's worth taking this course!
