This course was very useful. I come from a technical background so I did not have any experience with teaching coming into the program. I now feel confident I could become a successful teacher. The program was excellent. I learned a lot and found the course to be very engaging. It was my first time to take an online course and it was worth it. Thank you for putting together such a program.

However, there were a few notable weaknesses. When students ask questions, it is hard to hear them in those recorded videos. Adding subtitles might help and mute audio when students ask to remove background noise or warn the listener that there will be background noise.

A few improvements can be made on the quality of audio especially on Teaching online course. Case studies are hard to listen to and some are boring.

The trainers were excellent and exercises were very good.
