While trying to decide on which TEFL course I should go with, I went through all the emotions; that being worried if I would make the right choice, if the course was accredited, was it a course that would be engaging an enjoyable to do and would I receive feedback or have to demonstrate my knowledge. Also was the pricing reasonable? I can genuinely say The TEFL Academy was the right choice.

You can always add top up courses with ease and also upgrade your level 3 to a level 5.

It is a great institute for getting a TEFL certificate. They allow you to work at your own pace and be flexible. The content of the work is relevant. For the quality that is being taught, the price is affordable. The website is easy to navigate. Tests can be done an unlimited amount of times. 6 months is enough time to complete the course; it is a reasonable amount of time. The content of the work is not quite difficult yet relevant information is provided. Their regularly specials are reasonable!

I was new to the whole thing about teaching. I started taking this course and soon realized that this was a challenge, a challenge that I was looking for. The experience of trying something new and accomplishing that goal was exciting. The course was user friend and easy to navigate. The staff was exceptional in responding to any of the questions that I had. The teacher giving feedback was exactly what I needed to learn from in being able to understand what I was doing. This course was a good preparation for teaching English. It was much more in depth and challenging than I expected. Lots of resources were provided and the course was straightforward to follow. The course takes you step-by-step through 9 modules, with each module building on previous learning. There were lots of videos and articles included that kept it interesting. The assignments were challenging, but the format ensures that you consolidate your learning from the previous modules. I definitely feel prepared to start teaching English as a second language after this course! Would recommend!

It was very educating, informative, and engaging. I love the fact that it provided me with the knowledge I needed. There are so many levels and each one brings something that is essential for teaching English as a foreign language. This course had profounded my teaching knowledge and skills and I would definitely recommend it to future teachers. When it comes to drawbacks, the only thing that I wasn't really fond of was the information I asked for after the course finished. I didn't obtain it. Otherwise, everything went very smoothly.

This was a really great course through which I was able to learn many new skills and develop ideas that I can now take into my teaching career. The depth of knowledge provided along with the range of resources allowed me to understand how to structure and properly guide lessons so that I could reach a point where I now feel confident to start teaching with any age or group of students. I am very excited to start my journey as I am taking a gap year and have decided to travel around South America where I hope to use what I have learnt in schools in various countries.
