Finance Internship

My Main role was to assist Chinese Investors in the Real Estate Market within the UK. This involved searching up prospective properties liaising with Housing Agents and calculating Rental Yields across the UK

Daily responsibilities

I've been here for 2 weeks, my daily job is searching some information about spain immigranting. And sometimes I will do translation. I think the working environment is well, I have chance to speak English, however, it's not very satisfied. I would like to do something interesting and can learn something new. But I'm enjoy it~

Interning at GI2C

It was rather hard at first to get around the city, but I am now more comfortable with taking the subway and bus. The staff has been very supportive and helpful. Overall it was a great experience, both with GI2C and on my own.

What would you improve about this program?
I would have liked to have more communication, before coming to China, in the emails. I would have liked to know that they have recieved and looked at my emails as soon as they see it.

interning in china through gi2c

my daily experinces, include cheap transport to work, friendly and helpfull collegues, helpfull gi2c stuff, learning chinese language, eating different chinese food, touring around beijing and learning chinese culture, only difficulties is the pollution and language but showly i am getting used to the enviroment and the people.

What would you improve about this program?
when recruiting experienced interns, they should consider puting them in companies that have high chances of employment and atleast giving them a wages/salary,as those people they were working before they joined the internship.provide their interns with chinese language E-learning program, two months before they start their internship.

Day to Day

Not much to tell about my day to day life. I'd usually wake up, have my morning workout, shower, head to work, and after work I'd have kick boxing class. Overall, I'm already adapting really well in China, getting used to my old routine just in another country. I've had an amazing time and experience here. The people, city, culture, they are all beautiful and I cannot wait to come back and visit them all again. The only problem I have with Beijing is the subway and the pollution.

What would you improve about this program?
Give more instructions on what to prepare, especially anything that has to do wit your stay such as visa, and required documents (Residency form, etc).
