As a Junior Financial Analyst and undergraduate with 3.8 GPA it took me 1 and a half year I think to secure a job. Even though I graduated with a higher GPA it was hard for me to get a job here in Spain and I literally wasted one year of my life searching and developing skills I didn't really have to, but all I needed was a practical experience with real data, numbers and office.

We had an amazing time experiencing the different bars and nightclubs in the Wudaokou area, and the friends I made will be my friends for life (sorry, you guys are stuck with me!). If you think an internship can’t lead to paid work, well, think again. I am living proof that it can. My summer accounting internship, which was arranged by Go Abroad China, lead to a paid accounting internship. Fingers crossed, I’m hoping to stay here at this company long-term. During my time here, I have gained invaluable insight into the global and international financial markets. It's fascinating to me to see how the changes that are currently taking place in China’s financial markets impact the Chinese economy. It's a subject which is of great interest to me. And, I have prospered from more than a professional perspective. With a keen interest in health and well-being, I attended Taiji Quan classes at activities organized by Go Abroad China. This really helps me to relax and has vastly improved my understanding of the language and the culture in Dalian.
