My experience at Keats exceeded expectations! My teacher (Su laoshi) always came to class extremely prepared and tailored the content to my goals and level. After three weeks I feel like my Chinese has improved a lot. We also did outdoor classes to the museum, tea city and flower where I got to learn more about Yunnan history and culture.

Outside of the lessons I loved the lifestyle of living at Keats - the food was good, the advisors extremely helpful and I made so many friends and enjoyed doing activities and going on excursions with them.

I just finished 5 days of 6-hour daily classes at Keats, and Hao Laoshi and Li Laoshi were amazing. This was actually my first time ever learning Chinese, so jumping straight into 6 hours a day was pretty daunting, but they made it a great experience.

They customized everything around exactly what I wanted to learn. In just five days, we covered ordering food, bargaining at the night markets, airport situations, hotel check-ins, and a lot about Chunjie and Chinese culture. They both put 100% effort into the class and even prepared custom notes and fuxi (review) materials for me to study every night.

Teaching a complete beginner for 6 hours a day takes massive patience and energy, but their enthusiasm never dropped once. They both went completely above and beyond for me. I really hope they get their maximum performance bonuses because they absolutely earned it this week.

the first time i arrive here is feel like i'm gonna start new chapter of start learning chinese languge that time i'm so excited so much and the time past so fast it's feel like blinking my eyes one time and the program is ends and i whish i will come back here soon as posible and every one take care me alot especially 杨柳叶 aka 我的好朋友 take care me very well every time i have a problem she help me all the time and when i have accident she come fast as she could at hospital she is nice person and she is also 我的好朋友 .Kunming is a good and relax city，and also good enviroment.The food here also great.The people here is kind and nice.There are many good places for shopping and sightseeing.I am have happy to be with my friend ,they make me laugh,and best friend take care of me very good.and my Chinese improve a lot,and I can speak more with Chinese people,and know more about China.I want to say to everyone ,especially to my best friend 杨柳叶。

I had a wonderful time learning Chinese at Keats. The dorms and schedule took my back to university times and helped me feel more studious. I am very grateful for the help that my Chinese panther teacher Ms Hong provided for me. In one week I made so much progress it was unbelievable. Ms Hongs teaching style included a mix of review, positive reinforcement and repetition - these three were instrumental to achieving HSK 1 level. This experience has given me confidence once again to try new languages, including Korean which I’m currently studying.

My experience studying in Beijing was very positive and well structured. Study life was calm and focused, which was ideal for one‑on‑one learning. The school provided strong supporting services, including administrative guidance and accommodation and daily arrangements. The facilities were comfortable and well suited for individual study, creating an environment that supported concentration and consistent progress.

The learning experience was entirely one‑on‑one with one dedicated teacher, which made the program especially effective. The teacher was highly professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to my individual learning needs. Lessons were fully personalized and well paced, allowing flexibility whenever adjustments were needed. The teacher was excellent at adapting teaching methods based on my progress, learning speed, and specific goals, ensuring that each class remained effective and engaging.

In addition to strong teaching skills, the teacher was also incredibly caring, and supportive. This created a very comfortable and motivating learning atmosphere. The teacher was always patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my progress, which made the learning process enjoyable and confidence‑building. This personal attention and warmth made a significant difference in my overall learning experience.

Living in Beijing was an enriching experience. The city offers a unique mix of traditional culture and modern life. Public transportation is efficient and convenient, making it easy to explore the city, enjoy local food, and experience daily life.

I had a great experience during my one-week stay at Keats, where I took four hours of Chinese lessons each day. Even in such a short time, I learned a lot, which made the experience very rewarding and motivating.

My teacher, Ms. Du, was very kind and supportive. She adapted the lessons to my learning pace and needs, making everything clear and accessible even though I am not a fast learner. Her patience and encouragement made learning Chinese enjoyable. Besides the lessons, I also learned a lot about Chinese culture and we visited interesting places in Kunming, which also made it a very special experience!

Communication with Keats was very easy and well-organized. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was ideal and made arriving and leaving very smooth. The accommodation provided everything I needed and was comfortable for my stay. Also, there was a daily activity organized that students could sign up for, and I really enjoyed participating in these activities!

Also, Kunming is a beautiful and diverse city with the kindes people living there.
Overall, it was a very positive and memorable experience.

I studied Chinese 4 weeks at Keats in Chengdu. Chengdu is a beautiful city. I enjoyed walking around the streets and drinking some tea. There were also activities organised by the school. You can visit interesting places, learn how to play Mahjong, … And if you have questions/problems there is an school advisor you can ask for help.

The classes were very interesting and I learned a lot (grammar, new words, Chinese characters). My teacher Pan laoshi was very good. She also gave me some advice, where to go in Chengdu. We also talked about interesting themes.

Now you can learn with Keats in so many cities. I already learned with Keats in Kunming, Dali and Chengdu. I always really enjoyed my stay in China and learning chinese with Keats.

Bardzo dobrze wspominam naukę w Keats. Szkoła jest świetnie zorganizowana, klasy są przyjazne, a materiały do nauki bardzo pomocne. Każdego dnia czułam duży postęp. Keats to naprawdę dobre miejsce do nauki chińskiego.

Chengdu to piękne miasto. Jedzenie jest pyszne, ludzie są serdeczni, a atmosfera spokojna i przyjemna. Po zajęciach lubiłam spacerować po mieście. Chengdu ma w sobie coś wyjątkowego – sprawia, że czujesz się szczęśliwy.

Nauczycielki w Keats były najlepsze. Były cierpliwe, miłe i bardzo profesjonalne. Zawsze tłumaczyły wszystko dokładnie i pomagały mi, gdy miałam pytania. Dzięki nim mój chiński poprawił się bardzo szybko. Czułam się wspierana i zmotywowana.

Podsumowując, jestem bardzo zadowolona z Keats, z Chengdu i z moich nauczycielek. Wszystko było doskonałe. Jeśli ktoś chce uczyć się chińskiego, polecam to miejsce z całego serca.

This was a transformative program. It offers intensive 1 on 1 classes that can help you become fluent in a relatively short time. The city of Chengdu is really nice and the food is good. Claire, the director of the campus, is an amazing person and she’s always there when you need her. The food at the school is really delicious. Āyí is a kind person and cooks amazing food. And finally, my teacher Pan Laǒshī does a great job at helping me become fluent. The classes are engaging, educational, and inspiring. I have learned so much in 2 weeks.

Mi opinión sobre Keats, Chengdu y mis profesores

Estudié chino en Keats y fue una experiencia maravillosa. La escuela me gustó mucho. Las clases eran interesantes, el ambiente era cómodo y aprendí muchísimo en poco tiempo. Todo estaba bien organizado y los materiales eran muy útiles. Recomiendo Keats a todos los que quieran aprender chino de verdad.

Chengdu me encantó. Es una ciudad muy bonita, con comida deliciosa y gente amable. Me gustaba caminar por las calles después de clase. La vida allí era tranquila pero divertida. Chengdu tiene algo especial que te hace sentir feliz.

Mis profesoras eran lo mejor. Eran muy pacientes, simpáticas y profesionales. Siempre explicaban bien mis dudas y me ayudaban mucho. Cuando no entendía algo, lo repetían sin problema. Gracias a ellas, mi chino mejoró rápido. También me sentí muy apoyada y motivada.

En resumen, estoy muy contenta con Keats, con Chengdu y con mis profesoras. Todo fue excelente. Si alguien quiere aprender chino, este es el lugar perfecto. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.
