I had a truly satisfying experience attending Keats School in Kunming. I highly recommend this school for three reasons.

First, the urban environment of Kunming is excellent. With mild weather year-round and clear air, it is an optimal place for studying. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the infrastructure is well-established, making it easy to enjoy leisure time. The stable and comfortable atmosphere greatly aids in learning.

Second, the teachers are outstanding. They possess professional knowledge and explain lessons in an easy-to-understand manner. They carefully monitor students' learning progress and kindly answer questions. Their genuine interest and encouragement boost my motivation to learn.

Third, Keats School's facilities and operations are well-organized. Clean classrooms and high-quality learning materials are available. The curriculum is substantial, and student management is thorough. You can steadily improve your skills in a comfortable school atmosphere.

Overall, it is a top-tier language school, so I highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn a language.

I think that this program was both very educational and fun. The lessons were well structured and also included fun games to improve your chinese. We visited a lot of cool places in Shanghai and Zhangjiajie which were really nice and beautiful. We also try to speak as much chinese as we can and when we go out we try to speak Chinese with the locals, for example when you order your food! The teachers are also really nice and try to make your experience as fun and comfortable as possible. Whenever you had a problem with something you could just call them and they will come and fix it. For example me and my family had a problem with calling a taxi and they taught us how to.
Overall this was a really fun experience and I would recommend to everybody.

Thanks to you, I had the opportunity to come to Kunming, enjoy its wonderful weather, study Chinese, and travel at the same time.

When I first started, I had some vague worries and uncertainties, but time flew by and I truly enjoyed every moment here.

I would love to recommend this program to my friends and people around me so they can share the same valuable experience.

I wanted to improve my Chinese language level, as I had not used it regularly for many years. As an older student In the workforce I didn’t have the time or inclination to try to find my own accommodation, so The Keats school in Kunming was ideal, as very good accommodation and all meals Monday to Friday are included in the tuition fee. I chose 4 weeks one on one intensive lessons (4 hours a day, 5 days a week). A lot of ground was covered but there was always time in the classes to explore in more detailed points of language which had been raised. The classes are very well structured and extensive class notes are provided. The teaching methodology includes listening, speaking reading and writing, as well as multimedia materials and out of class excursions (eg to the market or a library etc). I was impressed with the quality and experience of both my teachers, who have obviously been well trained in teaching Chinese to foreigners. I had prior to signing up expressed an interest in studying the traditional Chinese characters as part of the lessons and I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was incorporated into my lessons, so that for any new word the traditional character was also given where it differed from the standard mainland character. I can highly recommend this school.

Great experience learning Chinese with Wang Laoshi! She has equipped me with many suitable chinese words & phrases for traveling in just 2 weeks. We had outside classes so I can practise what I've learned. The school location is very central and the facilities as well as activities are at high quality. The meals are provided so it's quite convenient. There are also many restaurants around if you want to try. You still have time for yourself to study and explore the city after 4-hour at class.Highly recommended!

Li Laoshi made learning fun and interesting. I came in with very little ability to speak Chinese. After two weeks of classes, both my comprehension and speaking ability improved a lot. Kunming is a lovely city to be based in. There are many interesting markets to visit, as well as beautiful parks. I highly recommend going to the mushroom market, flower market and at least one of the wet markets. I really enjoyed exploring the city during my free time, and joined in with people dancing in the parks! My daughter also studiend at Keats, choosing to stay with a host family. They were incredibly friendly, and invited me to join them on several activities. I felt very safe exploring the city, and met many local people who were kind and friendly. Kunming also makes a great base for starting further travels in China. I'm heading to Guizhou, Hunan, and Jiangxi next.

I used to study in Keats Chengdu for 3 weeks. Honestly, the result was completely 10/10. Firstly, in here, i can study certain topics that i want to focus on, and all teachers are enthusiasm, full of energy making you feel better.
I took 1:1 classs and i have to admit that this course help me improve a lot. Improve my confidence when opening my mouth speaking, remembering ability, i deeply understand how to live with Chinese.
My three teachers are Wang laoshi and Li laoshi, Claire laoshi. I felt they put into their job dedication, positive energy and deliver determination to keep going on.
Secondly, i am really greatful for the study enviroment that Keats gave me, giving me a chance to communicate with international friends. We both spoke English and Mandarian at the same time, we hang out together and laoshi took us to some nice places.
And thirdly, Keats gave students great accomodation with many pieaces of furniture which were new and good.Of course, delicious food and water were included.
I will miss the days in Keats so much, and i highly recommend those who are looking for a place to study Chinese while enjoy amazing things in a beautiful city like Chengdu.

This is my second time coming to Kunming to learn Chinese in Keats. It was as fun as the first time, if not better. So if you’re looking for a friendly environment to speak Chinese but you’re not too confident, then Keats School is for you. There are lots of opportunities to speak while practicing Chinese here, whether by talking to locals or teachers.

Moreover, there are new activities every week, where we would go to different places. Kunming is a beautiful city with beautiful places, such as Dwarves Empire, Stone Forest, Dounan Flower Market, Yunnan Nationalities Village, Daguan Park and Farmer Market, and more night markets. There is a special reason why Kunming is called Spring City, for its suitable climate and temperature, and even some beautiful flowers.

Not only do I get to learn Chinese, but I get to learn more about Kunming, China as whole, and even Chinese culture and food. The teachers are also very friendly and very nice, they are always ready to help you to learn.

The design of the program is very well made. You will not only study Chinese, but also explore various locations, arts, culture, and history of China. The program let you explore many cities and towns in China, and study at the same time. The way they plan the program is very good. Definitely recommended for people who want to study Chinese, and also want to explore Chinese culture at the same time.
Teachers are great too. There are countless opportunities to practice your spoken language. Also, there are culture nights and activities on weekends. Definitely recommend weekend activities.

I was at Keats Kunming for 7 weeks doing 1:1 immersion for 6 hours a day and felt my Mandarin level improve drastically. I had great teachers who were flexible and adaptive to my specific needs and learning goals. Keats also has wonderful staff and activities to participate in everyday, so there are always things to do. Keats also helps a lot with travel logistics and settling into China, which I found really useful, for example setting up WeChat and Alipay or getting a Chinese mobile sim. The students I met at Keats were also wonderful.
