The TEFL course was really fun and practical. I felt like I made progress with every unit. Sometimes it was challenging — especially the pronunciation and grammar sections — but the materials were clear and the assignments helped me apply what I learned. By the end, I felt motivated and ready to start teaching. The course gave me confidence, not just a certificate. I would highly recommend this course to anyone serious about teaching English, whether online or abroad. It is worth the time and effort.

I loved being pushed out of my comfort zone with this course. So much detail and information. The course is very well thought through and presented. It exceeded my expectations and passing each Assignment after weeks of stressing over details, felt like a real accomplishment.

Because of all the information provided, the only downside of the course is that access to the course is also terminated once your 6 months are up. All the online courses I have done at this level, allows lifetime access to the information. There is so much value in this course that it is difficult to download and save everything.

I really enjoyed this adventure. I was a bit nervous at the beginning because I’m not a native speaker and was making a complete career change, but this course gave me the confidence I needed to start creating fun, engaging lessons. I’ve already started working with an online student, and she is so enthusiastic every time we meet. This means the course was successful for me.

I had some serious health issues a few weeks after starting the course, but I was able to finish on time because the deadline provided was very generous.

I had always wanted to teach English abroad and I have had the perfect organization to help me. The TEFL Academy has the support, materials and widest knowledge to keep any student informed and loaded with the vital skills for teaching. I enjoyed going through each unit and getting even more materials such as articles to read to widen my knowledge. Every example given gave more insight and the guidelines and support in every step was worth it. Even my assignments were a joy to me because I had all the information I needed and ease to accomplish them.

This program is for everybody! I burnout easily and never thought I would be able to manage the program beside my studies/work/burnout periods. But I had done well for a while and thought now was the time. But in the middle of the program I burned out. However I received much support and understanding from the tefl academy team and I got back on track and was able to finish the program. Such a great team and I learned a lot from the program. It was structured well and did not overwhelm me with a lot of information at once.

I enjoyed how accessible the online course was. I was able to complete the course at my own pace and engage in the topic when I able to complete at my own pace.

Assignment feedback was provided quickly and was constructive, enabling for feedback to be implemented in the subsequent assignments.

Videos and readings were packed with information to support understanding and aid the process of writing assignments. Quizzes throughout the course were helpful and well structured.

I look forward to using the course in the future!

The courses I took were easy to understand, and there were additional resources available to help students learn more if needed. The evaluators provided valuable support in developing my outputs, and their system was very easy to navigate. Payment was also flexible since I could pay in installments. Overall, studying at The TEFL Academy was a great decision. :) Beyond the convenience, I truly appreciated how the program balanced theory with practical application, making lessons engaging and relevant to real teaching scenarios. The TEFL course platform is build on professionalism snd supported by excellent course content that covers all aspects needed for a person to start a career and additional income. TEFL support team was always on time marking your assignments. The platform itself, was easy to use and navigation was simple. I was impressed with the idea that you can complete the course in your own time and at your own pace. The flexibility to run the course is helping anyone that has a busy schedule. After a lot of research and am so glad I chose The TEFL Academy! The course was fun, captivating, detailed, thorough, rewarding, laying an excellent foundation for anyone exploring teaching English as a foreign language.
The whole course, not only introduces you to all that you need to know as a TEFL teacher but also prepares and equips for teaching, whether you have had any experience or not.
Together, each unit covers extensive knowledge and information, but in bite size sections with different modes of learning; including videos, quiz's, activities, reflections and so much more. There is a short assessment at the end of each unit, making sure you have gained a good understanding of the topic covered. The 2 main assignments covers the course as a whole and equips you with confidence to move forward into teaching.
The support is excellent and with a quick response.
I would highly recommend this course. Level 3 is a perfect way to explore and be introduced to TEFL, a great first step, with the option of taking Level 5 to gain more experience. However I do feel equipped to start my TEFL journey having completed this course.

The program content is relevant and topics covered are extensive enough to prepare one for teaching online and face to face. There’s also sufficient resources and support provided during and after the course. Also loved the fact that you can pace yourself according to your time and energy. Loved the videos incorporated as part of lessons and various exercises. The exercises made sure I paid attention during the lesson, and having the opportunity to go back and revise if I could not remember what the answer was.
