I have only taken this one TEFL/TESOL course, so my opinion is based on just that, not comparing its value to other courses.

For the cost of the course, you get a decent amount of information that's well laid-out in easy-to-digest lessons. I really appreciated being able to track my progress as it helps motivate me to keep going.

The one part I really didn't like about this course is that it's not very engaging, and requires a great degree of self-motivation to keep going. Each module is mostly reading, with a video here and there and then a quiz. The visuals also weren't very substantial. I felt that this was a fault because when it comes to teaching tools, they should be very engaging, with fun visuals, interactive components, etc. A large part of this course focuses on keeping students captivated and I felt it missed the mark in that.

If you're looking for an easy course and a check-mark for your TEFL certification then it's perfect. I personally prefer more in-depth and challenging material. I don't think it would do a great job of setting you up for success as a teacher if you don't have experience otherwise.

Overall I think the content was good and helpful. The presentation could be more engaging. And this is great if you're looking to check off the certification on your resume but won't set you up for success if you don't have any other experience teaching.

It was quite simple and it was all information know for people who are thinking about teaching. I mean it was simple to understand, the quizzes were fun and all, but it was as if someone tested me like "should I punch a student on the face? Yes/no". I think everyone who is at least a minimum empathetic and who is willing to learn in order to teach English is able to know by nature the information provided by this course. It was all well done and fully structured and simple to use, but I was expecting something deeper.

I was so surprised with the contents of this program compared to the price. I encourage everyone to take it even if you are not willing to teach English. This class is good for all teachers no matter your area of study. The pedagogy taught here is exceptional. Also, the techniques given regarding online teaching are perfect. I realized that should know this program before. Sometimes we underestimate some programs because they are cheap but this one is the best. Thanks for the cheaper price. I just got my certificate. I am ready for another program of TESOL.

The course provided me a reasonable way to approach my teaching lessons, I discovered new ways of planning,structure and handling the classes. Also, I found out about new job opportunities and how to amplified my mind to a larger worldwild industry.
I personally felt the confidence to keep preparingmy classes and add the new tools ine very moment of the teaching process with the tools provided by this course.I would definitely recommed the course in the future to other teachers around me, because it has a lot of good tips.

I'm very satisfied with this program. The content was very extensive but easy to understand, the website was very user-friendly, and the price was great! The program was also very convenient, considering that you could open it on your PC but also on your phone, and you could do it at your own pace (within 4 months if that is the plan you chose). The quizzes were very aligned with the content, and as soon as you take the final exam you have access to your certificate, which you can also request to be sent to your physical address for an additional fee.

I was hesitant to enroll at first because I was thinking that the lessons will be boring and time-consuming. However, I was wrong. The modules and quizzes are carefully designed to help students (like me; a full time mom) learn everything in teaching English as a foreign language in an easy but informative way. I love this course and I am so glad I have enrolled.

I am also very happy that I have finished and passed the final exam and now has a digital certificate in TESOL. I am planning to order a hard copy of the certificate and I wish they develop more short courses in the future.
