I would highly recommend the course to anyone looking to start TEFL! The instructors are wonderful and the support staff is always there to help. I was able to leave the course feeling prepared and ready to teach. The course was fast-paced, but it covers everything you need to become an ESL teacher. It was great to attend teaching practicals and practice with actual students, as opposed to something online It was an amazing experience and incredibly helpful at the start of my new journey.

This is one of the best TEFL programs out there! The trainers are fantastic, they are extremely experienced and can confidently answer any question.
The course includes 6 teaching practices which is a fantastic way to develop and learn by doing.
The course is very interactive, enjoyable and if you put the effort in you will see a huge growth and change in yourself from the first day until the last.
They have staff who provide really good job support and help you to write a CV.
Plus, you get to study in Chiang Mai! It's my favourite city in Thailand!!!

Now I know the title sounds a bit extreme, but it is the absolute truth. This course was a real eye-opener and has probably changed my life for the better. Before taking this course, I taught English in the good ol' USA for three years. I loved my job, but I always wanted to branch out and do something on a global scale. Ever since I was a child, I have long been fascinated with Japanese culture and language, so last summer I took it upon myself to finally journey to Tokyo and get my TESOL Certificate. The education I received was top notch, and both of the instructors are equally hilarious, learned, and passionate about what they do. You could probably get your TESOL another way, but then you would miss out on all that Larry and Dave bring to the table. They really bring the course to life for their students, and encourage them to fully immerse themselves in the community. I even got to teach in a Japanese grade school and a college! I have just got my certificate after taking part in the 120 - hour Online Tefl Course. I am glad that I have chosen this , it was really worth the price. I struggled with the lesson plan, but with the help of my tutor I managed to do it! I would highly recommend this course to anyone! I am now taking part in the CTBE Course and afterwards my intention is the CTEYL. I got grade A which I am very proud of! I hope to find the perfect job with the help of my TEFL certificate !

I just completed my 120 hours TEFL certificate, and I am really happy. I have learned a lot from this course, very interesting and informative. I now have a better understanding of how to teach English to non-native speakers. I completed this course in less than a month, with an overall average of 95.83%. The unit tests were very manageable. The lesson plan was a bit challenging, but I was able to succeed in my first attempt. Thanks to ITTT for the wealth of knowledge I have gained from this course. I now look forward to using what I have learned in teaching English to non-native speakers. I hope to gain employment soon to teach English in China.

I like to know what are the goals of my student. What motivates them to want to learn a language. I try to discern the language level and abilities of my future students before creating my lesson plans to build on what they already know. I use the ESA method (engage / study / activate) for my class formats. I try to minimize TT (teacher speaking time) and increase STT (student talk time). I always present myself with a smile, enthusiasm and energy, as well as a professional but friendly approach. I appreciate the importance of prompting (thinking about issues) and using the many techniques and approaches available. Games, songs and visual aids play a role in keeping the fun and time flies. I strive to maintain a balance with grammar, structure, verbs, vocabulary, pronunciation and conversation ability.

I've just completed the 60-hour basic course. It was the first time I took a course online. The course gave me many practical information about what and how to teach. I also like the games suggestions in lesson 2. I have teaching experience, especially as a volunteer, so I could link what I learned in the course to my experience. This course is very helpful. This certificate will give me more opportunities. Thank you.

The course material was clearly presented and was reasonably easy to understand. The lesson plan DVDs were very good and made me realise how important enthusiasm and a smile are when teaching people anything. I hope this course is going to provide me with an opportunity to teach English as a foreign language very soon. I think the feedback section at the end of each module helps to keep you on track.

I recently took the 120-hour TEFL course and passed with flying colors! I actually enjoyed taking the online course with ITTT. It's perfect for a working mom like me where I can study in between breaks and or the weekends, practically accessible anytime, anywhere! The units are very detailed and precise. It's easy to follow because it's step-by-step. I'm happy I decided to take the course with ITTT, the tutor was (and still is) very helpful, the videos were also great, it's extra help in understanding the units better. So Thank you ITTT! I have to say from the moment I landed in Cusco, I fell in love. It’s a city not only steeped in beautiful architecture but also in beautiful and extremely hospitable locals. As for the course, Sean was amazing! As much as I didn’t anticipate the workload of the course, Sean’s help and support made it seem easy! I had the best experience and would recommend it to anyone who asked. Not only did I get to explore a beautiful city for 2 months and meet some amazing friends for life, I also got a lifetime qualification that enables me to travel worldwide, what more could a girl ask for?
