Staff: Exceptional. They replied quickly and answered my questions the couple of times I had them. They prepared my certificate exactly as I asked with my middle names.

Material: I hadn't expected there to be so much. I mean, there is a lot of work that's gone into this. There were videos covering everything, and I mean everything. The best thing was being able to see teachers teaching classes, though one video was a bit poor quality.

Assessments: There were different type with quizzes for review and other quiz things that took you through classroom scenarios, which was pretty clever I thought. Every unit there's a unit quiz. The midterm and final are just review basically, so it's nothing difficult but it's pretty thorough.

Certificate: Gorgeous! I got it emailed to me quickly.

Learning quality: Despite this not being a practical course, I feel like I got so much from it. I paid $39 and feel like I could've paid $100 more and still be satisfied, though I suppose it's easy to say in theory. Regardless, I learned alot! I absolutely recommend this company and the 120 hour TESOL course.

Look, I'll be blunt, I had fairly low expectations before starting this course - it's cheap and though not the cheapest I figured it'd be pretty basic. After a few lessons I realised I had it wrong and started, I wouldn't say enjoying it because it's still quite heavy learning, but maybe I'll say appreciating it. They could make a few changes to how the text is broken down maybe with shorter video sections but I appreciated the flow of everything and how they've tried to make it more practical than just theory.

There's usually a trade-off when you buy cheap, but in this case it wasn't that obvious, thankfully. There's nothing fancy going on, but things worked when I needed them to and I thought the consistency was helpful since I'm the kind of guy who can't be dealing with change every unit. I covered maybe a lesson every 2 nights and found that a workable pace without feeling overwhelmed. I liked that it was just quizzes, but don't expect just a few questions and pass - there are some in the lesson for practice that count in the end quizzes, so it's a pretty thorough system. Also good is that they were quick issuing my completion certificate.

Excellent. It's worth more than they charge especially good is the email response team that never seemed to miss a beat. I've taught before so I'd say I had fair knowledge of the classroom already, but this got my head back into it and gave me pointers on how to use different games and tech etc.

I'd love to give them 5 stars because the content and staff are great, but a few tech blips cost me a night of study while I waited for it to get sorted. I get that technology is fickle but when you offer videos for studying you need to offer a backup, surely? Eventually, after a few hours I was sent links to help me watch videos on YouTube but by then the other streaming had started working again and it was too late in the day to study anyway. Rant aside, the course is great value, but for me thus issue was annoying and added an extra night onto my plate

OK so I actually found the course on here, so it's only right that I review it on here. First of all, it's more expensive now than it says on here, so I figure their sale ended or whatever. I was happy to sign up after I scoped out their lesson and website for a bit of time, though I paid with card so there's always that bit of protection anyway. It turned out I had nothing to fear as it was all exactly like the lesson I tried out.

It's well done in terms of units and progression as I was able to get a good grasp of everything without too much reviewing. I'd like to see them simplify the layout a bit and break down the videos into shorter ones but my criticisms aren't dealbreakers at all. For what I paid, I'm extremely satisfied - it's a budget price but you get alot for it. They boast about having good customer service but I didn't need to find out. I paid for the certificate package which I think was worth it but I haven't had a need to print or prove anything yet, so let's see...

The price is so low that I wondered if this was real, but it turned out as just very high value. I am suppose the tefl companies must be very competing as I did see a few adverts for very low courses. I choose this because the reviews and chatgpt said it was reliable and of good quality. My experience is it was very good and the staff were very helpful. I had some questions and a small login problem that they answered quickly. For learning, the quizzes were medium hard but everything is natural for understanding how I should complete it. The videos were also helpful though the voices are sometimes digital. I think this is normal maybe now? I think the quality was very high for the price I paid and I have my certificate after just 2 hours from my course finish.

The support was always very good and gets full marks in my book. They were polite and quick to respond to my emails. Interestingly, when I first contacted them, I used the query box on the contact page but it took them longer to reply than when I just emailed. Could be coincidence, of course! The content was clear and high quality and much better than I'd expected. Engagement was good at times but I got a bit bored of the avatar video lessons. In fairness, I shouldn't complain because the course I refunded before this had very few videos. The situation text learning was good but again a bit dry after doing it many times (there are a couple in each lesson). The value of the course was what attracted me and I wasn't disappointed. For everything that I got, this was a clear bargain and hence the 5 stars. If you doubled the price, would it still get 5 stars? Less convincingly for sure.
