An exciting course with endless prospects on completion. The content was well laid out and the online portal was very use friendly. The tutors were very knowledgeable and professional. The valuable feedback provided was very useful. The technical support was superb. All enquiries were handled efficiently. The grammar aspect of the assignments could be improved on in terms of guidance given as some students may not have in dept knowledge of grammar aspects. On the whole the course was well worth the effort.

I enrolled in the TEFL Academy Level 5 course when the whole world was under lockdown with the COVID-19 pandemic. Amidst the chaos, this course helped me gain focus and redefine my goals and directed me towards a meaningful and beneficial pathway: teaching English as a foreign language. As someone who has learned other foreign languages, it was really interesting to see how I can teach my home language to others. On a recent trip to Pakistan, I was asked to teach a young girl English. I was not prepared and did not know where to start with teaching English. However, after this course, I feel much more confident, able and excited, to teach English to students of various backgrounds.

The TEFL academy level 5 course is really good for a lot of different people. It definitely opened my eyes to a different career path. I first started the course to pass by time but soon realised that this could be something I would love to do. The course is really interesting and opens your eyes to many things. One thing I did during the course was over think my assignments and what I realised was that overthinking was a waste of time, so don't overthink it. Another good thing about The TEFL Academy is that their support team is really amazing.

I really enjoyed the course and all the information. I studied for a Information technician so I had no experience in teaching, after this course I feel positive that I can accomplice anything and have a life with my family. We are homeschooling our children so this course also helped me to be more open to different ways of teaching. I'm really looking forward to the new chapter in my life. To start teaching and help people to learn English in a open and fun environment. This course was the best decision I made and the best money spend.

This academy didn't just create a olatform for me to learn how to be ESL teacher, but also gave me an opportunity to be creative and to be unique as an ESL teacher. Their marerials were helpful and filled with knowledge and extra links l that gave me really gave me more knowledge that assisted me in my tasks and visions for teaching a ESL class. The materials were not just teaching me about English and responsibilities of a teacher, it also gave me insights to how to handle situations of any kind in a classroom.

It was interesting to learn how to teach English as a foreign language on a whole. The material provided was very informative and helpful. I'd suggest taking notes because the information taught was very helpful. The templates were excellent in providing guidelines on how to go about preparing a lesson. The feedback was detailed and gave insight into what could have been done better. Good feedback is necessary in improving and an important part of the learning process. When I started this course I thought it wasn't going to be as challenging as what I was used to. I was wrong, the tests at the end of each unit made one think more independently than just the content you learned. Every assignment had clear instructions and was quite challenging, affirming the quality of the course and content. I was working full-time and didn't always have time for my coursework, but the support I received was amazing - quick, friendly, efficient and very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to teach English as a second language online or in the classroom, to take this course.
