Best experience you'll ever have!

This program was the greatest decision and opportunity that ever happened to me, and if you get the chance to be apart of this amazing experience I highly recommend you go for it. I learned so much, way more that I expected, and even more so than I did in college. Everything I learned is 100% useful, beneficial, and life-changing. It's a great start for someone who needs help starting off their experience and careers. You make great connections, expand your network and get amazing guidance and mentorship for so many amazing people. I promise, it is worth it in the end!

Pros
  • Internship opportunities
  • Expanding and building your network connections
  • Gain experience and knowledge in many soft skills
Cons
  • There is some expense you have to pay to do the program
  • You must keep up to date with the lessons & assignments provided
  • You only have a certain amount of time to complete the program lessons before starting your internship.

Great program, support and recourses

ArtBound is a fantastic program that not only pairs you with an internship that best suits you, but also provides training and mentoring that helps beyond the internship.
The ArtBound program helped build my confidence and skills through their training, career-building resources, and mentoring sessions. They provide honest feedback to help you refine your portfolio and resume. Even throughout the internship, ArtBound constantly check-in to make sure your best interests are looked after - even during a remote internship.
Their support has left me feeling job-ready and excited for the next stages after studying.

Amazing experience, support and career connections!

ArtBound has been incredibly supportive throughout this whole experience, providing a large amount of information with regards to building one’s own portfolio and resume in order to highlight the best aspects of their skills within their chosen career field.

Not only was I guided with ease before and during my internship process, but all access to networking with other individuals within the program - past and present - will always be available. They have built communities of successful and passionate individuals around the world which have easy ways to communicate with one another and form personal and professional relationships through their Mighty Networks social platform.

I would definitely recommend ArtBound to anyone looking for a creative internship, they’re some of the best in the business with communications to some of the best studios and agencies in the world.

APPLY NOW!

The ArtBound Initiative has been with me through all my questions, problems and has helped me problem solve and connect with amazing creatives. They helped me build a demo reel and update my portfolio along with priceless soft skills. The people have helped me gain professional confidence and were also super supportive.
Being able to say I've interned with a creative agency across the world has opened the door to so many opportunities. I've done real projects and gotten a lot done even as a remote intern. Hopefully will be in person in the Summer!

If you did this all over again, what's one thing you would change?
Ask more about the culture! I interned with a company in Australia and have never been there I learned so many interesting things.

Programme made my dreams come true

I have joined the programme in January 2020 and have been a part of the great experience ever since. The ArtBound Initiative has helped me flourish during the most uncertain times. I had an opportunity to intern online for Amey Studio in Paris and secure a part-time position after. In between, I was involved in the Revista de Milenio magazine. During both of the internships, I have learned how to e-communicate and work with industry professionals and how to present my skills.
The ArtBound Initiative has been with me through all my journey, starting with the build-up of my portfolio and answering any questions I had about my intern. The network has not only gave me professional confidence but also great support and help.

What is your advice to future travelers on this program?
My advice would be to always ask questions and stay excited ;)

Remote internship

Being based in Brisbane and due to covid I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find any internships, however I was able to complete a remote internship, with a firm based in Melbourne, and I learnt a lot and got to engage with an architectural practice and learn how to manage it all while working remotely. I really wanted to travel and work with an architectural firm in New York but due to travel and border restrictions I needed to find a local firm and needed help to be prepared for the internship, I was able to gain a lot of online training prior to commencing my internship

What was the most nerve-racking moment and how did you overcome it?
Receiving and reacting to criticism and how to take it on positively to improve my work instead of losing control of my work

NYC Warp Records Internship

This has been a very life changing opportunity for me! ArtBound Initiative really made this experience not only easy, but fun as well. In the midst of a global pandemic, they were able to place me at a company that allowed me to do a virtual internship and be paid for it as well. ArtBound’s communication is fantastic and they are always looking for new ways to reach out to various companies for new opportunities. I can definitely say that this entire experience will change my life for the better.

What was your funniest moment?
When I was researching one of our artists, someone on Twitter asked if that was Will Smith’s daughter, not realizing that she was a completely different person.
