I liked that the course was entirely online. I was able to work on the it from anywhere in the world, as long as I had a device and an internet connection. I found the information interesting, which made the course easier to get through. The assignments were great practice for what we will be doing in real life as English teachers. They were graded within 1-3 days for me, which I felt was prompt. Some of the questions in the tests were a bit tricky but you can take the test as many times as needed. I was able to learn a lot from The TEFL Academy and I have already received students online so it is an amazing opportunity the course is very informative and I feel well-equipped to be able to teach.

The academy was very helpful and the site was easy to navigate. I am extremely excited to see what doors this has opened for me and I am busy looking at going overseas to teach and this has made it possible for me. Being able to travel and do what I love has always been a dream of mine but this has made it possible.

I was surprised by the depth of the content provided in the Level 3 course from the TEFL Academy - I found it to be very comprehensive. This was motivational in itself, but the layout, platform and ease of progression through the different lessons and topics certainly helped to keep up with regular access. I specifically appreciated that each Unit was broken down into lessons, and each lesson further broken down into sub-headings. This meant that it was easy to dip in and out with sub-headings easily covered within a 20 minute work break, for example. I also liked that your progress is displayed each time you log in - it gives you a real sense of advancement. The end of unit tests provide a good reflection of the content and the feedback on assignments was very helpful and went into greater depth than imagined. All in all, great value for money and would happily recommend to others.

I absolutely loved my online TEFL course!

I challenged myself by taking the level 5 course so I could really boost my teaching credentials. I found some parts of the course quite difficult to grasp since many of the topics were new to me. In the end, the content of the course proved to be useful in rel-life teaching. The course was well organized and well-paced, and the assignments were relevant too. While this course did not have live teacher/student interaction, it's a good alternative.

This course is worth the time and investment, especially for those with a busy schedule.
