This trip has been amazing, learnt so much about the different culture and the country due to Rianna amazing knowledge! It’s a good trip if you want to do a load of different activities, beach days, hike, bike ride, snorkelling etc. The trip ran really smoothly and had no problem with transport or hotels, everyone was really kind and friendly. Trying the local food has been the best as it’s nothing like what you would ever find in the uk, soo tasty. My favourite part of the trip would have to be the 2 hour hike up a volcano to see the sunrise, it was an amazing experience and soo glad I got to experience it. All the hotels have been soo lovely as well, great location to get to the main town and amazing people working there. I have had an amazing time and don’t want to go home!!

I’ve just finished the 17 day Vietnam Explorer with Edna and it was an absolutely brilliant tour! In terms of activities there was a good mix of adrenaline (quad biking, zip lining), cultural (cooking class, imperial city tour) and more chilled out activities (Ninhvana) which meant we did and saw so much in just 17 days. The tour was definitely made by our amazing tour guide Edna who was always so much fun and made sure we got the most out of every day. She always answered our questions, made sure we knew what we were doing and took us to some really great restaurants. Edna was also our personal photographer which meant we got really great photos from the trip!
I would recommend this tour as a great way to see the best parts of Vietnam and have loads of fun along the way!

The Philippines west tour was my 5th tour with TruTravels and it definitely won't be my last. It was so much fun exploring the beautiful waters of the Philippines with snorkeling trips, getting to see a WW2 shipwreck and even some turtles!

Being on your own private island for 3 days was amazing to disconnect from the world and enjoy the simple life with the rest of the group. My personal highlights were the kayaking into small lagoon in El Nido, Port Barton, ziplining between two Islands which was unreal and perfect for adrenaline junkies. We also visited Culion Island and had a private tour of the island by a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable Pastor. We got to learn about the history of leprosy and met some locals who told us about the stigma which no longer exists. This was something I was completely unaware of before the trip and added a good mix of history and culture.

Our Tour guides Justin and Fretchie were incredible throughout the tour. They were super organized, made everyone feel so comfortable and they were always up for a good time. Fretchie would always be telling us the history of the places we visited which gave us a lot of cultural insight to the places we visited.

I honestly can't give them both enough credit for making this a trip to remember. I loved it so much I extended onto the Philippines East Tour. Which Justin organized for me! Thank you so much guys I hope to see on another Tru Tour soon!!

I just finished the Philippines west tour, this was my first tour I have ever done and TruTravels nailed it!! The places we visited were insane and so picturesque and I loved every bit of it!! The tour guides were nothing short of amazing... So organized but so relaxed at the same time. And constantly in the best mood and ready to help at anytime.

Huge thank you to Justin and Fretchie for making it the funnest, easiest trip for us travelers and I honestly could not have asked for a better bunch of girls to experience all these beautiful places with. We were so lucky to experience the Castaway on Coron Island and have that private beach all to ourselves fora whole two nights!! I would highly recommend this trip to any solo traveler/ Couple or group of any age. Thank you guys you rock!!! <3 Layne

I have had great experiences in Vietnam. It was a unique experience that allowed me to participate in many fun and exciting activities and to explore different cities that I had never seen before.
It was a wonderful mix of activities, city and beaches, nature and culture. I would definitely recommend everything as I loved it every time. There was always something to do and everything was well organized.
On this trip I not only met people from different parts of the world, but also got to know a large group of friends with whom I will definitely stay in touch.
Our Vietnam tour would not have been so exciting, educational and entertaining without Edna. Edna is like a 24-hour sunshine. She always has a smile on her face and jokes around. With her good energy, great knowledge and sense of humor, Edna made the tour even more entertaining and funnier. Edna is a strong and inspiring woman.

Ich habe tolle Erfahrungen in Vietnam erleben können. Es war eine einzigartige Erfahrung, bei der ich an vielen lustigen und aufregenden Aktivitäten teilnehmen und verschiedene Städte erkunden konnte, die ich noch nie zuvor gesehen hatte.
Es war eine wunderbare Mischung aus Aktivitäten, Stadt und Stränden, Natur und Kultur. Ich würde auf jeden Fall alles empfehlen, da ich jedesmal begeistert war. Es gab immer etwas zu tun und alles war gut organisiert.
Auf dieser Reise habe ich nicht nur Menschen aus verschiedenen Regionen der Welt kennengelernt, sondern auch eine große Gruppe von Freunden kennengelernt, mit denen ich definitiv in Kontakt bleiben werde.
Unsere Vietnam-Tour wäre ohne Edna nicht so aufregend, lehrreich und Unterhaltsam geworden. Edna ist wie ein 24 stunden Sonnenschein. Sie hat immer ein Lächeln auf ihr Gesicht und scherzt herum. Mit ihrer guten Energie, ihrem großartigen Wissen und ihrem Sinn für Humor machte Edna die Tour noch unterhaltsamer und lustiger. Edna ist eine starke und inspirierende Frau.

I had the most amazing time doing this tour. The itinerary is bursting and you’re always doing something different each day. Accommodation was a higher standard than I expected, particularly May bungalows. Ninvhana and Castaways are lots of fun and a great way to meet other travelers. Our group was great and Edna was an excellent guide, always happy to help and tried her best to cater for everyone’s needs. I really enjoyed the cooking class and Hoi An was amazing, it’s a shame there was no paddle boarding and yoga at Ninvhana as expected however I really enjoyed my time there. Transport between locations was fine, I was dreading the night busses and they were actually quite comfy! Couldn’t recommend this tour enough! Definitely a good way to see lots of Vietnam in a shorter amount of time.

Our trip started with a welcome dinner and drinks to meet everyone and our tour guide Pinky. Everyone was really nice and Pinky made us feel comfortable in what we had planned for the next day and recommended places for us to go. I'd do abit of research before so you have a idea of what Pinky will talk about through out the trip but feel free to ask questions. We Headed north and got to experience all parts like night buses, beach hostels and definitely a massage or two along the way. The hotels are nice wouldn't say more then 3 stars but the bungalows at the second place were so nice. Nothing was to much trouble and Pinky organised drivers if we wanted to do somthing alittle different in our free time which was great. I'd bring more then one pair of swimmers for both Beach hostel stays. I went to many markets and Pinky would help with how much to barter or negotiate at each place which was helpful. My group made my trip and getting Pinky was a plus.

Such an amazing time on this tour. The highlight was definitely snorkeling with manta ray but loved the whole thing. Prepare yourself for 3 days on the boat which has limited facilities and no alone time but at the same time you gets lovely staff, the most stunning views, and potential dolphin sightings (we had a pod swimming by the front of the boat for a bit). We got to see heaps of Komodo dragons too, and so much amazing marine life when we went snorkelling (including two turtles). The jungle treks and waterfalls were so lush and picturesque, but make sure to take your insect repellent. Our tour leader was super friendly and kept us in the loop of what was happening. It was great as well having someone with such great local knowledge. Awesome time overall!

I just finished the Philippines West Tour. This tour has been a once in lifetime experience. The activities, the people and our guide Justin all had a massive impact on making this experience the best it could be. Could not fault any of the accommodations and activities, each which brought a whole new insight into another world - whether that would be underwater exploring or visiting and learning of the people that live on respective islands. Especially the fishing village in Port Barton and the Coron Castaway experience!! Justin was a great tour guide - he was friendly and inclusive feeling like a member of the group, while also being informative and reliable. I always felt safe even when some men in coron made the girls feel uncomfortable, I could not fault Justin or the tour at all!! I would 100% recommend people to use TruTravels!!

I just finished the Philippines West tour and it was by far the best experience of my life. I was very lucky to have one of the best tour guides in the TruFam Justin Saunders. My Highlights included snorkeling in Port Barton, the small lagoon in El Nido and chilling with new fiends on some incredible beaches. The tour was full of things to do and see everyday. The Coron Castaway experience was by far my favorite part as it was a real insight into other peoples way of life. It was fascinating to learn of the Spanish culture which gave me a better insight. This adventure has been a once in a lifetime chance and I am so privileged that I could spend it with a fantastic group and a even better tour guide. Justin is amazing and will keep on bringing joy to customers and those he comes into contact with in life. I can't wait for more adventures! Just Go!!
